Sunrise Village condo description

Welcome to Sunrise Village 204 – your affordable gulf front vacation in Gulf Shores! This condo has two bedrooms (both with Queen beds) and one full bath. There is a comfortable living area with a kitchen equipped to make simple meals.


Sunrise Village is a low rise condominium complex. You condo is on the second floor and enjoys a view of the beach from the entrance balcony. You will be just steps away from the surf. There is a nice grilling area and a swimming pool. And you’re just a couple of minutes from the heart of Gulf Shores.


Amenities include cable TV, wireless internet and a sleeper sofa. IT DOES NOT, HOWEVER, HAVE A WASHER OR A DRYER!! But there is a local laundromat just down the street that can wash and fold your clothes while you relax on the beach.

THE AREA


Gulf Shores is known for its beautiful white sandy beaches, warm sunshine, excellent golf, restaurants, shopping, and family-friendly activities. Vacation properties are convenient to all Gulf Shores restaurants, shops, entertainment, and golf courses. The Tanger Outlet mall in Foley is a favorite for shoppers. Kiva Dunes and the Peninsula Golf Clubs are must play courses for the golfers in the group. Be sure to check out the the Gulf Shores Zoo, Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge and historic Fort Morgan. Or take a day trip to Dauphin Island’s Estuarium, the Pensacola Naval Air Museum, Bellingrath Gardens, or to see the Alabama. For the adventurers in your party, take a beautiful and thrilling beachflight or go fishing with Salty Dog Charters.

Sunrise Village 204 is located at 1159 West Beach Blvd, Gulf Shores, AL 36542. Prices include everything except lodgings tax, a house cleaning fee of $150 and a linen charge ($25/bedroom and $10/bathroom) - which includes all your linens, bath towels, and starter amenities, to include: toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps and shampoos. There is also a small amount of laundry detergent and dish washer soap.
