Why the Owner Chose Sterling Beach
This resort is beautiful. The kitchens, closets and bathrooms are much larger. You can't find anything like it. I like the fact that I have a parking space under the building, so when it is raining I won't get wet. The parking is right outside the building so even if you bring two cars the parking is close. It's also a quiet area of the beach. We have 4 lanes for traffic instead of 2.

The pool, theatre, hot tub and exercise room is awesome.

We've been coming to PCB one or two weeks a year for more than 25 years, and this was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. The view was amazing! We loved the wall of windows! We didn't want to miss the sunrise or the sunset. In fact, we didn't want to leave the condo at all. The pool was heated and was perfect in October. Judy was so accommodating, since we called last-minute and we were able to walk right in. The pictures posted were beautiful, but we couldn't believe how spacious the condo was when we actually saw it in person. We truly feel as if we were guests in her home. It was so warm and welcoming. We have recommended it to others and would definitely stay again! Thanks, Judy!

We were extremely happy with this spacious and lovely condo that had high ceilings, full wall of glass on ocean side, 2 master suites, and wonderful patios for relaxing. We have owned and rented condos for years in Panama City Area and we find this condo truly outstanding and we will be back for a repeat visit. The pool, elevator service, and grounds were also manicured for just a class place to stay. The condo is located on the quite end of Thomas Dr., but convenient to shopping, deep sea fishing, golfing, and fine/casual restaurants. The flexible owners are a joy to work with and make you feel at home!!!

This is the nicest condo I've ever stayed in. My fiancé was extremely impressed! The view from the great room/balcony was spectacular. We slept with the sliding door open in the master bedroom and woke up every morning to a wonderful ocean breeze and view of the ocean. Very tastefully decorated.
