Casa Maya is as advertised. My wife and I stayed here for 10 days in May 2009 and we had a great time. The house has all the amenities and stuff you need to hang around comfortably and relax. The owner was extremely accommodating and routinely checked in to make sure our needs were met. The house is on the southern end of the town but this provides access to a great, almost private at times beach. One of the better local surf locations as well. Great stand off from the "busy" downtown section of Tamarindo. Clean and well furnished and well maintained- would recommend to anyone.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

I have no complaints, the house was absolutley beautiful and the location was perfect. The pool was a plus. The owner Julius was very helpful and friendly and can answer any questions you may have. Well worth the price you can't beat it. Looking foward to going back very soon Costa Rica is the best place on earth.
