This third floor designer decorated unit located at 1002 Santa Rosa Blvd, Ft. Walton Beach boasts a spectacular unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom with king bed and private bath opens onto the expansive beach side balcony where you can watch a sunset or unwind to the gentle sounds of waves. Along with the second bedroom with its two double beds, the bunk room with its space for 2 children, and the living room's queen sofa sleeper, this condo can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably.
The Gulf Dunes resort offers two beach side pools, tennis court, grills, exercise room, beach service, and ample parking. Located on a peaceful road, away from the busy traffic, the resort is just a few miles west of Destin and east of Ft. Walton in an area that offers many activities. Enjoy an amenities package that includes free daily golfing, boating, beach chair/umbrella setup and unlimited DVDs.

My wife and I and our 3 children stayed for a week and we absolutely loved it. The condo was fantastic with plenty of room for all of us. The beach area is very nice and well maintained as well. The owner was very helpful and responsive to all of the questions I had about the property and area. We will definitely stay here again!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My wife, daughter and I stayed for the week of 6-4-2011 and loved it. Everything was perfect. The condo had everything we needed (even had beach and water toys for the kids). We will be back. Thanks for a great vacation.
