This charming and immaculate 3 bedroom ranch with air conditioning is located on a quiet side street with a large private backyard, screened in sun porch and is 9/10th of mile to Craigville Beach on warm Nantucket Sound.
The master bedroom has a Stearns and Foster double bed. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and the 3rd bedroom (located at opposite end of house)has a double bed. Large eat-in kitchen with a table for 6. Outdoor shower with hot water.
The house is perfectly located on the mid-Cape, away from it all yet walking distance to beaches, mini-golf, the Melody Tent, supermarket, drug store. We are a 5 minute drive to the Island ferries and several wonderful eating establishments. You can attend a Cape Cod Baseball League game (free and fun entertainment)just minutes away. Our home is in the ideal location whether you choose to relax in our lovely house or explore Cape Cod from beginning to end. We feel we have made our house your home away from home so you and your family can relax and enjoy the serenity of this lovely area.
Things to do: Bring your bicycles, kayaks, golf clubs, and fishing gear. Walk to Hyannisport and the beautiful Hyannisport Harbor. Walk or drive to the Melody Tent or if you like to shop, the Cape Cod Mall is a 5 minute drive. Bike the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. Bicycle to the famous Four Seas Ice Cream for a wonderful ice cream or lunch. Visit the Hyannis Youth Community Center and enjoy their Professional Hockey Rink and public skate rink, large game room, indoor track and many activities they provide including Rock Night on Friday's. The Community Center is a little over a mile from the house.

Wonderful Cape Cod Cottage - The perfect vacation

We had a wonderful time visiting Hyannisport and the beautiful surrounding beaches of Cape Cod this past August. The cottage is a wonderful quiet neighborhood that is less than 5 minutes from Craigville Beach and only a few minutes from the shops and stores in town. Mary and Caron have decorated the house with a great beach theme and we really enjoyed the backyard with its grill and outdoor shower. They are delightful hosts and they were very helpful telling us where we should eat. They also keep the house stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, books, movies and maps of the area. This was a great vacation and we can’t wait to repeat this trip again next summer. The Chandler Family (San Francisco)

We returned from Caron and Mary's home only a couple of days ago, after a fantastic 2 week family vacation on the Cape (our first vist to this area). Our vacation home was everything we hoped it would be, comfortable and homely, plenty of space for our growing family (5 including 3 kids) and very well located for exploring the Cape (and it's many attractions) from top to bottom. Caron and Mary were a pleasure to deal without through the planning and booking process and were helpful and welcoming hosts on arrival. They gave us all the advice and support we could ask for, especially important for first time visitors from another continent! I have no reservations recommending this property, I hope we can scrape together the airfare to visit again ourselves before too long!

My wife and I and our two children just had a wonderful vacation on the Cape at this very immaculate and comfortable home. We came to the Cape in the off season and stayed at Mary and Caron's cozy home and it was the best vacation ever. The house is located in a perfect part of the Cape that enables you to see so much of the Cape without a lot of driving. Close to many beaches, ferries to the Islands, and a supermarket is also conveniently close by. We had wonderful bike rides from the house.Great house for families and couples. We highly recommend this home.

We spent five nights as guests of Caron & Mary in their lovely cottage ,beautifully located for all Cape Cod's lovely beaches & attractions. The accomodation was extremely comfortable, very well equiped & clean, but most of all tranquil We would highly recommend this property for both couples & families. many thanks, Chris & Margaret from Old England
