This charming and immaculate 3 bedroom ranch with air conditioning is located on a quiet side street with a large private backyard, screened in sun porch and is 9/10th of mile to Craigville Beach on warm Nantucket Sound.
The master bedroom has a brand new Stearns and Foster double bed. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and the 3rd bedroom (located at opposite end of house)has a double bed. Large eat-in kitchen with a table for 6.
The house is perfectly located on the mid-Cape, away from it all yet walking distance to beaches, mini-golf, the Melody Tent, supermarket, drug store. We are a 5 minute drive to the Island ferries and several wonderful eating establishments. You can attend a Cape Cod Baseball League game just minutes away. Our home is in the ideal location whether you choose to relax in our lovely house or explore Cape Cod from beginning to end. We feel we have made our house your home away from home so you and your family can relax and enjoy the serenity of this lovely area.
Things to do: Bring your bicycles, kayaks, golf clubs, and fishing gear. Walk to Hyannisport and the beautiful Hyannisport Harbor. Walk or drive to the Melody Tent or if you like to shop, the Cape Cod Mall is a 5 minute drive. Bike the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. Bicycle to the famous Four Seas Ice Cream for a wonderful ice cream or lunch.
