Our 2 bedroom flat has been tastefully renovated by a leading professional interior designer. Decorated with American mid-20th century and French antiques, the Beach House is unique and simply elegant. The flat is located in a well cared for 2 unit building with garage. The living & dining rooms and bedrooms are spacious with refinished hardwood floors throughout. Every room has new windows that flood the rooms with light. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances and imported French tableware. The sunny bedrooms are fitted with luxurious 100% cotton 250+count linens and down duvets and pillows. Every detail ensures a home away from home for the discerning visitor not a ‘rental’ experience.

There is a large flat screen TV with premium cable service, WIFI, DVD movie library, stereo & CD player and telephone.

The flat steps from the historic Cliff House, Seal Rocks, Ocean Beach and Lands End and around the corner from panoramic views of the Golden Gate Bridge. You can walk to the Legion of Honor Museum, Golden Gate Park ( NEW Academy of Science and de Young museum) , VA Hospital at Fort Miley; run, walk or bike on miles of trails; play golf at nearby Lincoln Park Golf Course; visit the San Francisco Zoo; and witness stunning sunsets.

  • Nice, clean, well appointed and maintained. Comfy bed! Quiet neighborhood. Close to Cliff House, Sutro Bath ruins and Land's End trail system. Nearby Palace of Legion of Honor. Short walk to Golden Gate Park. Clement Street restaurant row nearby. Property is secure and supervised. We had a very pleasant stay and would return/recommend to friends.

  • This was a lovely place! We met our long time friends from Chicago who had never been to San Francisco for a 3 day weekend getaway. This place was in a great location for walking the trails along the cliffs and being in the beautiful Presidio.

  • This flat is comfortable, secure, well maintained, and beautifully decorated and furnished. The location, with Seal Rocks, Ocean Beach, Sutro ruins, the Coastal Trail and public transport all within a short walk, can't be beat. We spent a lot of time walking the Trail, taking in the stunning views. I really enjoyed watching the fog roll through the trees towering above the street as I sat at the dining room table. Denise made it feel like we were housesitting for a good friend.

  • We really enjoyed our 8 day stay in this wonderful flat. The accommodation was perfect for us and our two teenage children. It was very clean, comfortable,and well appointed. We found the transit system very easy to use and we went most places via bus. The proximity to the beach, the Sutro Ruins, and the Coastal trail allowed us to see and explore many sights that we may not have seen had we stayed downtown. Denise was very helpful and wonderful to work with. This was a great place to spend a holiday!!
