Come enjoy the numerous beautiful beaches of the outer cape while staying in this spacious and conveniently located Cape home. Two beautiful national seashore beaches, Nauset Light and Coast Guard, are within 2 miles. You are also only 2 – 3 miles from 8 calm, warmer Bay Beaches and local ponds. The house is in a quiet, residential neighborhood, yet affords easy access to Route 6 in either direction at a nearby traffic light.
The house offers several options for socializing and sleeping, including a large family/social room to accommodate large gatherings as well as three distinctly separate sleeping areas for privacy. The main house has two first floor bedrooms and full bath, a newly renovated and well-equipped kitchen with custom cherry and hand carved cabinets and adjacent small dining area and living room. The private upstairs is a spacious 24x36 second floor with two sleeping areas and a full bath. An enclosed breezeway leads to a 26x26 two-floor addition with a first floor social room furnished with a large dining table, couches, cable TV & DVD player, stereo and ping-pong table and full bath. The second floor of the addition is an all-wood, sunlit room with two full futons, ceiling fans and operable skylights.
The private backyard has a deck with outdoor furniture for sitting and eating, a gas grill, a badminton/volleyball court and an outdoor shower. The house is located within a block of the scenic Cape Cod Bike Trail. Bicycle rentals, convenience stores, miniature golf, driving range, gym, movies, restaurants, ice cream shops and beautiful bay and ocean beaches are all located a short distance from our home.
