Beautiful 3,900 sqft custom beach house built for Owner in 2007 now available for rent Saturday to Saturday. This property is perfect for multi family rentals. The 6 rooms sleep 16 in beds. Each room has its own full bathroom. Enjoy the fresh air and comfortable breezes supplemented with ceiling fans in every room and on exterior porches or turn on the 3 zoned air conditioning. Enjoy high definition TV and entertainment center in both the 2nd floor living room and the first floor family room along with a full house audio system. Sit in the covered porches with ceiling fans and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and fresh ocean air.
Located in the quite north end of the island with no other rental properties. The house is just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach adjoined by large jetty which maintains a large beach at all times. Walk or ride bikes into town for great dining, shopping, and entertainment. Go crabbing or fishing on the bay just 4 blocks away or enjoy tennis, basketball, playground and athletic fields just a short block away. Most properties in the area are year round or owner occupied maintaining a peaceful setting.

There is no better family vacation spot in New Jersey. Avalon has done a wounderful job in minimising development to maintain a quiet single family home community. There is virtually no traffic along the the North South first Ave and Avalon Ave where kids are safely free to ride, run, and rollerblade. Less than 20% of the homes are rental properties so there is always a family atmosphere. Where elso can you own a vacation home in NJ and actually know your nieghbors?

We surprised our parents for their 50th wedding anniversary by renting this house for our family of 14 for the weekend of October 1 - 3! The house was amazing and perfectly and comfortably fit our 3 families, parents, and 90 year old grandmother! We admired and appreciated every detail of each room and felt so at home! There was no need that wasn't met! We would recommend this house to anyone and would love to rent again! A Beautiful Home!!!

The photos do not do this property justice! We surprised our parents for their 50th Anniversary with the whole extended family (including our 90 year old Grandmother). The house was so spacious and fit everyone's needs. We loved looking at all the family beach photos and felt very much at home. We would love to do this again. Thank you for opening your house to us and having such a beautiful home!

My extended family vacationed in this extraordinary house this summer and enjoyed every minute of it. The home is decorated to the nines and has everything an organized mother could ask for. There are hooks everywhere for wet beach towels, amazing closet systems for kids to easily deal with their own clothes, private decks all over the place, you name it! We were all even in LOVE with the door knobs and the sink faucets - the owners have impeccable taste.

What a lovely home and perfect location for a family get-together! Four families came together to celebrate our mother's 80th birthday. Not only is the beach just down the street, but the house was also exceptional and totally lends itself to easy living, both jointly and individually. Although we are a large family, we never felt on top of one another. There was room enough for all of us. We loved the large porches and used them every day. I highly recommend this house for a wonderful family vacation. I'm sure we will be back again. Thank you to the Traynors for sharing their home with us.
