Emerald Shores is a Gated, private beach community of Caribbean style homes centrally located in Destin. This three bedroom, two bath home sleeps up to 9 and is the perfect vacation get-away. This gated Community boasts 2 Pools, one seasonally heated, (The pool is literally 75 feet from the house), Tennis court and Private Beach pavilion with bath facilities. As a guest of Emerald Shores, you get discounted beach service too! The beach is approximately 1700 feet and the Beach Trolley runs during peak season.
You will enjoy new and bright living room furniture along with a 42” Flat Screen Plasma TV. There is all new furniture including a Queen sleeper sofa, love seat, and Over-sized chair that converts to a twin bed. The dining area features a new dining table with six chairs and new lighting. Lastly, the kitchen has granite countertops, new pendant lighting over the bar, and new bar stools.
The Master Suite has a king size bed with color/cable TV & DVD player. Master bath has double sinks, shower and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a King Bed and TV. The Third Bedroom has a Twin Bunk bed. Children love it! But, it can also sleep adults comfortably.
Just a short walk away are several beachside restaurants and watersports. You don't need to leave the beach area!
The home has a High Chair and Pack N Play for the kids and there is also a washer/dryer.
Enjoy free WIFI, extended cable tv and local phone in this home. Easy on line booking and no security deposit.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 in the summer of 2010. Their is a pool literally 20 ft away and it's the one rarely visited by the other vacationers, so it was like our own private pool. The tram that runs all day was awesome when going to the beach (especially because I had plenty to carry with two small kids). It is VERY spacious and we found ourselves right at home. Can't wait for our 2011 trip there!
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+.
