Emerald Shores is a private beach community of homes and cottages on Scenic 98 and this home was formerly known as Bon Aire. Now known as Beachy Keen, this two bedroom, two bath home has a fresh new image and is the perfect vacation get-away. It is away from the crowds and congestion but is close to shopping, restaurants, and other vacation activities.
As you enter Beachy Keen, you will see new and bright living room furniture along with a 42” HD Plasma TV & Wireless Internet. There is a ALL new furniture including a Queen sleeper sofa, love seat, and Over-sized chair that reclines. There is also a sitting area with an Oversized chair that folds out to a single bed. The dining area features a NEW dining table with six chairs and new lighting. Lastly, the kitchen has been updated with NEW GRANITE COUNTERTOPS, NEW pendant lighting over the bar, and NEW bar stools.
The Master Suite has a king size bed with color/cable TV & DVD player and a garden jetted tub with a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has 2 NEW bunk beds, one with a trundle. Children love it! But, it can also sleep adults comfortably.
Just a short walk to the beach or Kenny D's and Captain Dave's restaurants. But, during the summer, a TROLLEY runs during the day to take you to the beach. Emerald Shores has a large PAVILLION on the beach with a private/coded entrance, bath rooms, shower, and a large covered area to eat lunch. You dont have to leave the beach!!
Emerald Shores has Two swimming pools (one seasonally heated), shuffle board, and tennis.
The home has a High Chair and Pack N Play for the kids and there is also a large stack washer/dryer.
We are very excited about the updates to Beachy Keen and look forward to having you to enjoy our home. Beachy Keen sleeps up to 10 guests.
