Our superb villa is located in Sunrise Lakes, a lovely quiet community in the Orlando / Davenport / Kissimmee area. Our home is ideally located just off US 27 with easy access to Interstate 4. We are near major attractions; just 12 minutes from Disney World and 20 minutes from Epcot, Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet & Wild and Gatorland. Orlando International Airport is only 35 minutes away.
The villa comprises 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area, family room with large TV, and DVD player. A separate living area has another TV and leads out to the pool and spa area. The villa is furnished to a high standard with all the amenities you need from that "home from home." The villa is professionally cleaned between every visit. All bed linen and towels are provided. !!! New !!! The home now has free wireless high speed internet access.
The villa is also less than a 3 minutes walk from a lovely community pool, and kids playground.
Our villa is the perfect place to return at the end of a long day. With all the comforts of home you can relax around the pool with a glass of wine and watch the sun set over the conservation land. There’s so much to see and do in the area, you'll need an occasional day to simply chill out in the villa while the children have fun in the heated swimming pool.
The home also benefits from a games room consisting of a pool table, table tennis and air hockey as well as a darts board.
