Built on 10 acres, the house is nestled on a hilltop that opens to views of surrounding vineyards and Dry Creek Valley. The landscaping includes California oak, olive and fig trees inspired and designed as “an ancient piano garden” surrounding the house.
The home is approximately 3,200 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths. It has floor to ceiling glass windows that bathe the interior with natural lights and large sliding glass doors on three sides that open up to large outdoor patio decks. The interior is contemporary with exposed wood that renders the overall feeling as modern but with a warm and organic/rustic sensibility. The floors have radiant heating. The kitchen includes all top of the line appliances with stainless steel finish and an oversized island. The living room with 20 foot ceilings and great room feeling is a wonderful space for family and friends gathering and is also outfitted with a large screen HDTV and dish network. The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a very large private balcony deck off it. It is also outfitted with a large flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk in rain shower and large soaking bath tub. Each of the three bedrooms downstairs has a private patio. One of the guest bedrooms has a private bath and two share a bath.
There is a 50 foot heated swimming pool with chaise lounge chairs and tables outside and a fire pit in the front of the house for outdoor evening fires.
