  This house is beautiful, private, bright with natural light, well decorated, clean and well maintained. It is a house that we'll be renting again. We love all the patio doors that open wide to the patio and pool area for indoor/outdoor living. The cross breeze keeps the house cool even on a hot day. The pool and adjacent patio area is right off the kitchen and makes it an extension of the house. The guest rooms were far enough from the Master (upstairs) that we didn't hear our friends' baby crying at night. =) We all enjoyed the very large pool and the great views of Dry Creek valley. We found it very enjoyable staying at the house all weekend, preparing and eating all our meals there, etc. The view was so fabulous that we didn't feel any urge to leave to explore the area. Overall, the house is child friendly. The house is so open that we can keep an eye on our child from any location in the common area. There is a high chair (which we used) and a pack and play. We love the easy to use electric pool cover since we have an 18 month old. The other patio areas on the first floor are not good for young toddlers since the house is on the ridge of a hill and there are no railings for the patios (unobstructed views). Our daughter enjoyed exploring the large enclosed patio off the master bedroom. Our daughter has been asking for the pool ever since that weekend. Our child learned not to go outside the house by herself and that she has to be careful going up and down the three steps from the living room to the dining room.

  The property provided a fantastic setting for our anniversary family get together. The view was stunning and the modern design of the house made us all feel at home. The wineries in the Dry Creek and Alexander Valleys we visited were a hit with all of us.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  This house is beyond spectacular. The house sits on a hill and feels very private. The house is designed to open up to the outdoor space and the views are breathtaking. The house is very new and extremely well appointed. It is very open and elegant. The beds, linens, firxtures, appliances etc. are brand new and of the highest quality. I would recommend this house to anyone. The beauty of the property is that you feel like you are on top of the world and remote however you are only 15 minutes from downtown Healdsburg and also from some wonderful wineries. The owner is very gracious and accomodating. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for the highest level of vacation rental. It is the perfect place to go and never leave during your stay. You could easily spend all your time taking in the view, swimming, walking and enjoying the pool. I truly cannot express how beautiful the house, pool and natural setting are.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.
