We spent 1 week in the condo (wish it was longer) and would highly recommend it to anyone. The condo is beautiful and extremely well maintained with all the amenities you need. It felt like home. When we had questions the owners were very responsive to us. The resort was beautiful and had everything you need and our 3 yr old son loved the pool right outside the door, especially since it had a shallow section that he could play in. The parking spot is right beside the condo, so taking your luggage and beach equipment back and forth is easy. We loved Hawaii. If you have kids, go to the Hilton resort to ride the boat or the train (perfect for a 3 yr old boy). Kua Bay beach is the most beautiful beach as is all the ones that the Dorniers recommended in their book. Thank you to for a wonderful home away from home. LOVED IT!

My family and I spent 2 weeks at the condo over Christmas and New Years 2010. We found the place to be even better than the photos and description. It was very well equipped with water toys, kitchen needs including spices, a washer and dryer which was so helpful with kids, and the pool only steps away. We spent most of the days just lounging by the pool or on the ground level lanai. The bbqs at the pool were exceptionally clean and easily accessible. The upstairs bedroom was great for our family as it was spacious and had a large ensuite and walk in closet for all our luggage. The bedroom downstairs was really good for us too as the grandparents stayed there and they were not bothered by noise from upstairs at night. The whole place inside and out is very well kept and clean. There are lots of things to do nearby including the Hilton Waikoloa which has snorkeling and water slides (for a fee) The beach is only a five minute drive away and was never incredibly busy. Hapuna Beach State Park is just miles up the road and is a beautiful beach and the waves are great for boogie boarding on as they aren't too big. The owners are very good to work with and extremely accommodating. They made every attempt to ensure that our trip was wonderful and it was. All in all I would recommend this property to anyone who asks. We will definitely try to stay there again.

We enjoyed staying in the condo very much. The listing description was accurate and the photos were right on. The property was well kept. We enjoyed the beach toys! Having washer and dryer was FANTASTIC! It was very comfortable for our family of four. I would recommend this property to any of my friends or relatives.

What a great experience! The condo is centrally located and with the secrete beach maps we explored many places not known to other tourists. The swim gear and cooler allowed us to load up food for the day and save money and time going to restaurants. The BBQ by the pool was perfect for fixing a relaxing dinner after a day of exploring. We had a great time playing games and watching movies. Thanks for providing all the extras!

What a beautiful condo you have and it was just as shown in the pictures only better! Clean, kitchen wonderfully stocked with pans, dishes, and even extras like spices, and lots of extras like coolers and pool/ocean toys. It made our week on the Big Island perfect. The pool was beautiful and so close but never too noisy. We loved it and were in it every day. Really nice complex that was near everything yet hidden away from traffic and crowds. Would definately recommend this unit to anyone going to Hawaii.

Our stay in Hawaii was great! The condo provided us with all of the necessary equipment to enjoy all the Big Island has to offer (snorkel gear, coolers, beach towels, etc). The condo was very clean and the location within the resort was very quiet and away from the traffic. The golf was also fantastic and the price was right due to the condos golf membership. So much better than a cramped hotel room...would highly recommend this condo!

This condo was perfect for two couples. We totally enjoyed our stay. It was all it was advertised to be, fully furnished, lots of kitchen utensils, spices, everything you need to cook for yourself if you want to. It was right next to pool on one side, golf course on the other. Oh, and a spectacular view of Mauna Kea in the backdrop. The unit was very clean, and was nice nice having a condo while still being able to use everything at the Hilton resort, and I better not forget the cheap golf too. If we ever go back to the "Big Island", I hope this condo is available.

As long as you've got a vacancy, we're staying at your place. We're never staying at a hotel again when visiting Hawaii Island. Your home was so perfect for us -- so convenient and easy. After a long day there's nothing better than coming back to a space that was open and comfortable. We loved that we could get up whenever, take our time making breakfast and eat it in our jammies with bed heads! Our daughter loved how close we were to the pool -- she was in it every single day. She was ready to permanently move in on the second day -- a true testament to how comfortable and great your home really is. We appreciated all of the extras you provide like the coolers, pool and beach toys, snorkles and masks, beach towels, laundry facilities......just everything. We weren't in want of anything. We will definitely be back and will highly recommend your place to all of our family and friends.

We all really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was really comfortable & well equipped. Anything we would need on the Island was available. Heidi the owner has thought of her guests every need. There was plenty of extra towels & linen to accommodate an army in the house. The kitchen is fully equiped with every spice you can think of and equipment u would need. We even found flashlights for our volcano tour and Aloe Gel. My mother loved the place so much, she wants to get one just like it. The pool is just outside the condo, my husband who is scared of water wouldn't get out of the pool. we loved the place and would be our first choice on our next trip.

Heidi We really had a wonderful extended stay at your Condo. Especially liked close access to the pool and to the gas grills. The furnishings were very comfortable - the king bed was especially appreciated along with the beach chairs and accessories. Since Kim and I are avid golfers we made great use of the Gold Membership at the Waikoloa courses. I would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful week! The condo accommodated all 6 of us and we appreciated all the supplies in the kitchen and garage that helped make our adventures all the more fun, especially the beach accessories. The views were spectacular and the scenery of the village was gorgeous. We got good use out of the review book—thank you for all the suggestions!

We really felt welcomed at your condo and appreciate all the thought and effort that you have put into the decoration and amenities. We loved the peace and quiet, especially since we were so conveniently close to the pool for swimming and barbecuing. Thanks for the use of the golf clubs! Less luggage was really appreciated. And the discounted golf was fabulous! The guys played three mornings of our six days at your condo and they especially liked the Kings Course. Beautiful Condo, Thoughtful Owners January 15, 2010 We really appreciated having the use of this beautiful (and exceptionally clean) condo for a week. We were all (family of 4) very comfortable, were able to make/cook anything we wanted (including seared ahi, banana mac nut pancakes, and brownies!) Everything we could have wanted was provided, the condo was quiet and peaceful, the kids enjoyed the pool, the shops and the Hilton were within walking distance, many beaches and adventures were within a short drive. Heidi also provided a list of suggested activities that was helpful and entertaining to read! Overall, we would definitely recommend this condo to friends as a great place to stay on the west side of the island. One last comment: The guestbook was full of accolades for both the condo and, again, the thoughtfulness of the owners in providing so much for their guests (unusual in a vacation rental). Several of these comments were even from local folk from the islands, even from Hilo, who were "vacationing" on the Kohala coast, which really says a lot!

We spent Christmas 2009 at this condo and loved it. My husband myself and our 3 kids (ages 21, 19 & 13) had a great time. We loved the Waikoloa area and the beautiful beaches. We didn't spend a lot of time in the condo since there was so much to see, but it was a great base of operations and a good location to see the rest of the island. We made Christmas dinner in the kitchen and were very comfortable cooking there. We appreciated the washer & dryer, especially since Heidi supplied the soap and dryer sheets, that was very nice. It was also nice to have the use of their beach towels, chairs, boogie boards & mats. The air conditioning was appreciated. After leaving below 0 temps it would have been hard to sleep at night without it. The condo is even prettier in person. Photos can't do it justice. We spent 3 nights in Volcano Village after we left there and it definately made us appreciate Heidi's place even more! The condo is beautiful and comfortable. The location great. The grounds quiet and safe. The Big Island is a wonderful place to explore. I would definately stay here again.

Thank you Heidi and Clyde! We enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo over the Thanksgiving holiday 2009. The condo is very conveniently located to many of the Big Islands best beaches and provides easy access to sightseeing all over the island. We even loved just being able to be lazy by the pool or walking around the Waikoloa Resort area. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and we also used the BBQ grills conveniently located by the pool right outside the front door. Heidi and Clyde's condo is a fabulous place to stay. The location on the Waikola Resort next to the pool and golf course is fantastic. So fantastic I must share the details...It exceeded all our expectations! It is perfectly designed with the master bedroom upstairs and the other bedroom and bathroom downstairs. It has ceiling fans making it very comfortable -- you rarely have to turn on the air conditioning. It has tile floors, a convenient and functional entry way, large dining area, wonderful kitchen for the real cook in you! It has all the utensils and tools and dishes you would ever need for a dinner party. We enjoyed the patio daily and lanai upstairs. This place is arranged so you can slip away and be by yourself in a number of different spots- laniai or patio or upstairs bedroom. It has 3 TV's! It is beautifully decorated with greens and taupes and beige colors and bamboo theme tastefully done. The livingroom is comfortable and open. The condo was so comfortable and beautiful we could see ourselves living it it forever. Everything you can think of is here..lots of towels, sheets,etc. We could pack light because there is a full size stackable washer and dryer. Heidi provides laundry soap and stain remover, an iron..all you need. We also enjoyed teh use of the snorkel gear, beach chairs, mats and beach blankets. Again, it is so well equiped - great thought and care has gone into this condo. And, it was immaculately clean. We look forward to visting again and often. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful vacation home and for making is such a lovely place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed on September 6,2009 for a week with our 11 and 8 year old, we loved your home (and I am very picky) it was very clean and very supplied, we wanted to take our kids snorkeling for their very first time and we wanted to travel light, Heidi had every thing we needed for the beach,goggles, fins, towels, coolers, and the kids loved the boogie boards they had a blast riding the morning waves, the next best thing was the pool right outside the condo, the kids would swim while we grilled our dinner. It was a great place to come back to after a long day out seeing the island.

This condo is gorgeous inside. We stayed here 8/8/2009 to 8/15/2009 and found that this condo had everything we could wish for and more. The air temperature was in the 90's while we were here, but the air conditioning and fans in every room kept us cool. Everything inside this condo was clean and luxurious-- the beds, the sheets, the towels, the kitchen, the appliances, the silverware, the dishes, the TV's, and so on. We stayed at another vacation rental on the other side of the island which was furnished with old sheets and towels. old appliances, and not enough silverware which made us appreciate Heidi and Clyde's place even more. We loved the kitchen, stocked with spices, sauces, quality pots, pans, and even olive oil. There were also boogie boards in the garage. Upon request, Heidi emailed me a guide to the Big Island, which we used daily, along with a copy of Hawaii Revealed. Waikoloa Beach Resort is served as a convenient home base from which to explore the western side of the island. We visited at least six different beaches where we enjoyed snorkeling and hiking. Our favorite was the beach at the Mauna Kea Hotel-- fine white sand, clear blue water, and no crowds. On our last day, we walked along the grounds of the Mauna Lani Hotel and saw petroglyphs, fish ponds, and incredible oceans views. We will remember this vacation forever. Thank you Heidi and Clyde for thinking of everything to make your condo a true home away from home.

We loved staying in this wonderful Townhome. It is spacious, the decorating is wonderful and the owners have provided all the necessary items for a great day at the beach. We took our two grandchildren and loved the fact that we were right next to the pool. This was our first time in a condo on a vacation, we usually stay in resorts, the price was great and we loved having the extra room as well as a kitchen for breakfast. You can use the big pool at the Hilton for $20.00 a person for the day and we had fun with our grandchildren spending a day over there. We will dedinately return to this wonderful condo. Thank you!!

We stayed for five weeks and had the most wonderful time. The kids enjoyed the pool each afternoon after we came back from various activities. The house is furnished with everything you can imagine - just go and enjoy this wonderful place. As a last minute decision, my mother-in-law, my son and I decided to go to the Big Island. Not only did Heide provide the fastest service and response time, , but she gave me the lowest prices. The service was quick and friendly. I started to think "Too good to be true?", but as we walked into the condo my mother-in-law said, "This is where you should move!!" We loved it. We had everything we needed, it was clean and modern, and right by the pool! When I return to the Big Island, I would not hesitate calling them again.
