Relaxing Gulf Breezes can be enjoyed from the sliding glass doors located in both the Master Bedroom and Living Room areas to the balcony.
This Condo is has been tastefully decorated with both comfort and usability in mind. The den flooring has been upgraded to tile. Guests have their choice of 2 Master Bedrooms furnished with King Size Beds with separate adjoining full size baths. Additionally there is a small daybed room with pop up trundle that can either accomodate 2 singles or made into a king size bed for a couple. With the bed as a single the room can accomodate a portable crib. The Living Room can accomodate 2 additional people as there is a new queen sleeper sofa with a new memorary foam mattress. For your entertainment there are 4 TVs with DVD players located throughout the Condo in addition to the Wireless Internet Broadband access. The electric fireplace not only adds a little extra warmth when needed, but romance when wanted.
Although there are many restaurants throughout the area, several within walking distance, not to mention the HANGOUT which is home to Songefest & Shrimpfest, the kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, a variety of cooking equipment and dishes. This Condo Complex is located just yards away from the only restaurant / bar that is actually located on the beach, "Sands & Suds" which now serves breakfast. Beach chairs, jet ski & parasailing rentals available on the beach just behind the condo.
For those who might not enjoy the sand but don't want to sacrifice the beautiful views there is an Indoor/Outdoor Pool with Hot Tub and a Sprayground/Wading Pool, located beach front, that is enjoyed by both kids and adults alike. The best of both worlds. For those who do not want to leave their exercise regiment at home there is a beach front, State of the Art, exercise room with Sauna that faces the beautiful Gulf.
So whether it is for just a few days, few weeks or few months this beautiful, inviting Condo can be your home away from home.

Gulf Shores offers the best of both worlds as you can choose to be busy or just relax on the balcony or the beach. Very close to restaurants, Golfing, Fishing, Water Sports and many other things.

Had a great time this weekend. This condo had plenty of space for everyone. Loved the beach view. Was within walking distance to some really good places to eat. Can also walk to The Hangout at night and listen to the band play. Hope to visit again.

Came with friends to bring in the New Year. Found great food at Louisana Lagniappe, Lamberts & Nolans (dancing too). The condo is perfect for 2 couples. The weather was not good, but we had a great time. Beds are so comfortable! Thanks for a great weekend! Great Landlords! Also try Lulu's & Longhorn Steakhouse, both were very good. The Hollers & Youngs.

Came for birthday party & Shrimp Festival! Had a blast at the "Hangout" Friday night. Great place & location. We are enjoying our stay. Family from Port Arthur Texas joined us. The Mays, The Pedersons & The Mays (all of us originally from Texas)

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay while visiting Gulf Shores! We loved the layout and decor of the condo. My 2 1/2 year old was so excited to see her own "Big Girl Bed". The view is spectacular & the weather is great! Only suggestion is some black out curtains in the 2 front rooms to block out the lights from entrance/walkway. Other than that, perfect place to stay! 2 families drove 16 hours to vacation for the 1st time in Gulf Shores, AL. We had 4 children - 4, 3, 18mo, 16mo = LONG CAR RIDE! We had a blast even with the oil and storm surge from hurricane Alex! Bummed about missing out on Buffett, ZBR & Kenny! But 1 person from our group drove to LuLu's to see the surprise performance from Jimmy Buffett on Wednesday night! That was awesome! The accomodations were awesome too, we will be back when the oil is gone someday! Hoping for the best! Gulf Shores is beautiful even with ick & oil. The Bartons & the Fullers

The Hinkles (Steve, Suzette, Candace, Cameron, Caroline, Caitlyn, Caiden & Deliah). This was our 1st time to visit at this location! This was a great vacation despite the threat of oil. Very little came on the beach and we were able to have a very enjoyable time. We were able to see dolphins and lots of fish. This was a comfortable and spacious place to stay. The Eades (Tommy, Rhiannan & Jessa) & the Gutheries (Corey, Audrey, Isabel & Sam). This was our first vacation shared by our families. The Gutheries have been to Gulf Shores several times, but it was the Eades' first visit. Thank you so much for opening your home to us. The condo is beautiful & well equipped. The small bedroom was just right for 2 giggly little girls (ages 4 & 5). Great location (never stayed right on the beach before ... loved it!) and very comfortable for our families. We loved hanging out on the balcony. No dolphins, but no oil either! We had fantastic weather and the kids had a blast on the beach & at the pools. Only thing missing was an ice cream scoop, but we managed. Thanks for an unforgettable vacation

We had a great week here. Very comfortable! Everything was so handy. Happy to see the ocean was so close. We didn't see any dolphins either. The grandkids had a fun week also.
