This is a great house and a great location. It is an easy walk to Tidelands Park, which has a nice play structure that our 4 year old enjoyed very much. We were able to walk to downtown restaurants and the Saturday Farmer's Market. The house is beautiful and very well equipped and well maintained. We had a great time!

We stayed at this house Memorial Day Weekend 2011 and throughly enjoyed our stay. We had 4 adults and 6 kids in our party. The house was very spacious, clean and every amenity was thought out in advance for us. From fresh baked cookies on our arrival day to Wi-Fi connection, children's DVDs and games, flat screen TVs in each room and enough place settings for our entire party to dine at once. It was incredible. We will definitely be renting again from this amazing home.

My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful and immaculatel home. The owners have paid attention to every detail from the fresh orchids in nearly every room to the well-equipped kitchen, great art work, decorative pillows, cotton sheets, down comforters, and oversized bath towels. Everything in the home is of the highest quality. We felt welcome and pampered and hope to return next summer. Some of the extras were: we enjoyed watching the DVDs at night which we found next to a large flat-screen TV, and we each curled up with books that were left on the bookcases for some quiet time in the afternoons. We also sat for a few minutes on the comfortable, reclining lounge chairs located in the grassy side yard. And we took baths in the lovely oversized tub located in the master bedroom suite. The two vanities with sinks and mirrors make it a breeze for a couple to get ready to go out. The house is walking distance to the Embarcadero where the marina, shops and restaurants are located. One does not need a car except for a visit to the grocery store which is a five-minute drive away and/or other excursions. From the house (which we really did not want to leave), we visited Hearst Castle (30 minutes away), San Luis Obispo (20 minutes away) and made a few other side trips. Each night we slept with the windows open and enjoyed the fresh ocean breeze. Even though the house is on Main Street, it is very quiet at all times. From two of the upstairs bedrooms, you can even see the water! Each room is painted a slightly different, but complimentary color. There are lots of windows and the house is bright and airy. This is a wonderful home that can comfortably accomodate 7-8 guests. I can't wait to return for another visit!
Owner response:Thank you so much for the wonderful review Ruth, we couldn't have said it better ourselves :) ~Bayshore Rentals
