Our home has an open floor plan with the kitchen, eating, living area and one master bedroom with bath on the main floor.

Excellent Place for Two Families with Kids

We were two families with six children, we stayed here a week and it was delightful. The house is comfortable, fully-equipped, well-maintained, and everything works. We had all the cookware and gadgets we needed to cook full meals for ten. The older kids had a big time tending the crab traps on the dock. There was enough hot water for everyone to bathe, and enough cold air to relax in comfort. The "outdoor shower" is not just a showerhead nailed to a post, it's a fully-private shower stall with hot/cold water and a shower curtain. The walkover to the beach is two houses west and across the street. We couldn't have been happier with this house, I'd definitely recommend it. Thanks!

I must say we had a wonderful, wonderful time while staying at The Price Is Right…It was a beautiful wedding on the beach and it was just down at the end of East Ashley…my sister and I (being the senior citizens) had my son drive us down to the cul de sac and drop us off…we had good weather and were really glad we stayed until Monday…we were able to do a little sightseeing in Charleston and ate at the Crab Shack there in Folly Beach.I can’t say enough about how “beautiful and relaxing” the Price Is Right beach home is…when I saw the kitchen I thought I should have come earlier and cooked my Thanksgiving turkey there…we enjoyed sitting out on the back porch and played a few games with the younger ones. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch rocking with my coffee in hand and listening to the ocean…made me think how nice it would be to retire to Folly Beach.Everyone slept well (comfortable beds) and no one wanted to leave…we all said it would be a great place to come back to…we even had time to venture back to the beach and gather shells… everyone from the youngest (age 11 to the oldest 66) said the Price is Right was definitely a “come back to” kind of place….please pass the word on to the Price’s that they have a beautiful home and thank them for sharing it with us….Grace

We enjoyed our stay at "The Price is Right" in the month of August. This home had plenty of room for our party of 6. Also, rather well equiped. We will definately consider this home upon our return for the next Folly Beach vacation.
