The Spanish colonial style family room with wet bar and automatic ice maker has an oversized couch to watch TV or listen to music with surround sound.
The living-dining room has two balconies facing another elegant French-style building. Its classical elegant furnishings and chandelier complement a large fireplace. An office off the living room has a balcony which provides bright light. It has a PC, Internet, Wi-Fi, laser printer and a 21” monitor. The room is also fully equipped to serve as a guest room with a couch and a Murphy bed with a quality mattress.
The spacious master suite, which also opens onto the Spanish courtyard, is handsomely appointed. It has a large marble bathroom, separate woman’s make-up area and a walk-in closet/dressing room. Upstairs is a second, loft-style bedroom with a private bath. A third downstairs bath has a deep Jacuzzi. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen includes a dishwasher and clothes washer.
The apartment is located in the Tribunales area and a few meters from Corrientes with its many restaurants, theaters and nightlife. The Florida street shopping district and the elegant shops of Recoleta are only a short walk away. Three metro lines within one to three blocks provide easy access to other popular neighborhoods like Palermo, Recoleta and Belgrano.
With the obelisk two blocks away and the Colon Theater only three blocks away, few apartments in Buenos Aires offer this type of luxury in the center of town at this reasonable rate. Nothing has been spared to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.
The space is fully air conditioned. A Sony sound system provides excellent listening throughout the courtyard and the main rooms. Egyptian cotton linens and goose down comforters and pillows together with a high quality mattress assure a good night’s sleep.
All five elegant chandeliers have dimmers to create atmospheric lighting in every room. Fine oriental carpets cover the beautiful hardwood floors. We provide maid service two or three times a week, depending on your needs and schedule.
