Please note that the Hokulani pool is open and is spectacular. The Aina Deli is open, as well. The second pool is scheduled to open August 1, 2009 and the construction of the restaurant and final pool are scheduled to be completed by Thanksgiving. An announcement on the proprietor of the restaurant is coming very soon and if the buzz is true then we are all going to be very happy.

HONUA KAI- "Honua" is translated from Hawaiian as the planet earth; it can also denote firm, stable ground."Kai" is the South Pacific Ocean as seen from the shores of Kaanapali disappearing beyond the horizon, past Molokai and Lanai, and into what ancient Hawaiians called the "Great Sea of Eternity."

Honua Kai is the first whole ownership condominium to be built on Kaanapali Beach in over 25 years. It is truly the most luxurious resort of its kind in Kaanapali. This unit is front and center with panoramic ocean views from Lanaia to Molokai. Located on the 3rd floor this 2290 sq. ft. residence has a 560 sq. ft. lanai with a Viking gas BBQ. Of the 3 bedrooms, 2 are master suites.

We live only 5 minutes up the street and will personally check you in and out. We use our mainland phone number for convenience. We will also help with your luggage if you'd like. We will provide high quality beach towels for your use at the pool and beach. We are fortunate to "Live Aloha" every day and our goal is for our guests to "Live Aloha" while they vacation here on the Valley Isle.

Add 7.25% for Transient Accommodation Tax and 4.166% for General Excise Tax.
3 nights deposit required at time of booking. Balance due 45 days prior to stay.
The deposit becomes non-refundable if you cancel within 45 days of your stay.
The balance of any monies paid in excess of deposit will be refunded.
