Vista Cozumel is situated atop the new gated Las Ventanas de Cozumel condominium community. With it’s expansive terrace and westerly views, Vista Cozumel offers a unique combination of premium panoramic views of clear ocean waters, dazzling sunsets, and the night lights of the city of San Miguel. The three bedrooms (1 king & 2 queen) are fitted with fine quality imported linens. In addition, there are two full bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with granite breakfast bar, a dry bar, and a separate dining area which overlooks a spacious living room. The living room, with its open and vaulted ceiling, flows out to a wide sunset-facing terrace offering views of both the ocean and island vistas. From our top-floor terrace, you can relax on the comfortable deck furniture, or sway in a genuine Mexican hammock. For your personal convenience, our air-conditioned home also has its own private laundry room equipped with US imported appliances. For your comfort, daily maid service is included (except Sundays).

And let’s not forget the sports viewing enthusiast, or any of the comforts of home. This home features a large wall-mounted, high definition, LCD HDTV, with American channel satellite programming (so you won’t miss any of the big games), and a Blu-Ray DVD player for movie buffs. For those who would like to stay in touch, high-speed wireless Internet, local telephone service, and an on-site Vonage phone are available for calls to the USA and Canada. We also have iPod docks in each bedroom for your personal iPod or MP3 players.

Unlike condos located in the remote and isolated northern and southern "hotel zones", Vista Cozumel is within easy walking distance of the central town square, local public beach, shopping areas, and a myriad of local restaurants. Save the taxi fares! Island activities include deep-sea fishing, saltwater fly-fishing, kayaking, sailing, jet skiing, parasailing, and world-class diving and snorkeling.
