The pool area gets plenty of daily sunshine and is well set up for private parties and poolside activities.

The huge kitchen and dining area featuring all Granite Counters located on the second floor is also set up for entertaining and was specially custom designed for Catering to Small or Large groups. This stunning Kitchen has everything you would expect in a High end Executive Home and is all set up to prepare a gourmet Meal or we can arrange for a private chef or bartender if you would like to be catered to.
The entertainment area located beside the dining area features luxurious leather furnishings plus a flat screen TV with Satelite service ( over 300 channells )and a Home Theatre system.
Located off the living room area is a huge outside terrace area that is all set up for BBQS and has a charcoal BBQ in that area.
There is also an Ocean view from this outside terrace and you will enjoy spectacular sunsets as the terrace faces west.
The kitchen and upper entertaining area also have a very nice open view of the mountains and the neighbouring Multi Million Dollar Homes.
There is also a Central Music system with Private Volume Controls located on both levels and in many of the rooms and outside areas.
The Master bedroom has a huge terrace that is very private and also has a great view of the local mountains and the stunning homes that surround Casa Gran Fiesta , you can also suntan topless or nude from this Terrace
Casa Gran Fiesta is a mix of warm Mexican styling including feature walls made of native adobe brick, natural stone flooring from Todos Santos, saltillo tile and wrought iron. These features give this home a unique, local flavor combined with contemporary finishes of granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, distinctive light fixtures and bathroom detailing.
Six of the bedrooms in this spacious, two-level home has an in-suite bathroom. Also 4 of the 6 bedrooms have their own private terraces. There is also an extra bathroom on each floor for common use and guests useage.

I used Casa Gran Fiesta for 8 months, communicating from Vancouver BC. Travelled down 5x, with family and friends, the location is perfect, views stunning, well maintained, Clint and his staff r very accomodating, pretty much anything you need is accomodated. Perfect location, 5 minutes away from downtown, great security, overall I continue to go back...Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

We came to Cabo San Lucas with our families to get married on the beach and we had an awesome time! We had 7 adults and 3 children and we still had lots of room for friends to come and stay over for the night. Staying at the Casa Gran Fiesta was like living like a rock star! The house is absolutely gorgeous and we couldn't have asked for better! We looked at many villas posted on many different sites and we always came back to this one because it was the nicest and the best priced villa out there. We highly recommend this place to anyone going to Cabo!. It was located in a safe, gated community and the staff were awesome too! We look forward to coming back!Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

stayed in Casa Gran Fiesta over New Years and we had a blast , we had 6 couples and we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms and the place was so big we almost needed a map to get around it. we loved the great room area that also leads to the pool and jacuzzi , we spent a lot of time there entertaining and using the BBQ. Clint keeps this house very well maintained and it was definitely a very good value for our stay, WE also enjoyed the privacy of the house and the fact it is located on a quiet street right in the middle of million dollar homes, House is great for couples , or even a couple families who want to vacation together.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

Our recent visit to Cabo was incredible thanks to the great accommodations we had at Casa Gran Fiesta. There were four of us couples and this beautiful spacious house was an ideal way to have both great entertaining parties with our friends and the privacy of the bedroom suites with their individual terraces. I absolutely loved the authentic décor themes throughout the house and especially in the bedrooms. We had the feeling of being in a luxurious castle with the stone, tile and wrought iron woven into the contemporary interior design. Our favorite spot to relax and enjoy our vacation was by our private pool and Jacuzzi in the backyard BBQ patio that opened into the Great room with everything we needed for entertainment (flat screen TV, pool table and large bar, etc.) The Central Music system was a great feature since we had private volume controls on both levels and in many of the rooms and outside areas. We cooked all of our meals in the elegant large kitchen and also hosted a beautiful dinner in the dining area. The owner helped us arrange a very reasonably priced private chef and bartender for this dinner. He also helped us book a maid to come over halfway through our stay and it felt like we were starting our vacation all over again. We loved the feature of the second floor patio that overlooked the pool area and was a great place to have cocktails and BBQ at night and enjoy the view. It was also fun to explore in the exclusive gated community of Pedregal and walk to the private beaches or the tennis courts. The location was perfect! We were just minutes from all the excitement of downtown Cabo’s dining, nightlife, the marina and beaches. I would definitely recommend this as the ultimate house to stay at in Cabo and all four of us couples look forward to coming back as soon as possible.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, pet owners, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

Stayed here about a year or so and we came back in October this year , Really loved the house as its huge and has the common areas on one side and the public entertainment areas on the other side. We had 10 of us all together ( 2 large families ) Pool was great for the kids and the top terrace has great sunsets and we had a few BBQ up there. House is gorgoeus inside with many stunning features and we all felt real special staying here. The Area is also real quiet at night and only a 10 minute taxi ride to Cabos best beach where all the action is at. Would definitley stay here again and we hope to do so in 2013Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

The property was clean, in excellent condition and very spacious. It offers a great pool, hot tub and bar area perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The rooms each have an ensuite bath and are located on the opposite side of the house so they are quiet and private. It is a great value for larger groups and a better option then hotels. It doesn´t have the stunning ocean view of some of the Pedregal homes, but at this price is a much better deal. Plus, we would be out during the day enjoying the private Pedregal beach (just a few minutes away) or over to Medano Beach for a little more action.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with teenagers.
