Casa Sobe is ideally located less than a mile from the beach, and two blocks from Miami Beach Convention Center, home of Art Basel and the Miami International Boat Show, South Beach Wine & Food Festival, and other world-class events. Also within walking distance is vibrant Lincoln Road, with its wealth of shops, cafes and fine dining restaurants, and the historic Art Deco District, filled with glamorous hotels harkening back to the glamour of the 1920’s and 1930’s. In addition, the New World Center, designed by architect Frank Gehry and home to the New World Symphony is close by. Just one mile delivers you to the powdery sand and bubbling surf of South Beach. For the avid golfer, it's one block to the rolling fairways of the famed Miami Beach Golf Club.

I recently held my 50th birthday party at CASASOBE, and all I can say is W O N D E R F U L! Reese and Scott are the greatest property managers and hosts. The house is amazing, and looks even better in person. We rent vacation homes all over the world and none have been so well stocked. There is a warm and thoughtful touch throughout every room that is second to none. The grounds are also beautifully kept as is the lovely guest quarters. Finally there's location, location, location. Quiet and tucked away from the hustle and bustle and just 3 blocks from Lincoln Rd Mall and all the action. We all LOVED our time here, and we WILL BE BACK AGAIN MANY TIMES IN THE NEAR FUTURE!

Our stay at Casa Sobe exceeded our expectations. The grounds, house, and pool were very well maintained and the decor was beautiful. The property manager lives next door and was very accomodating and helpful. It was a quick and cheap cab ride to Lincoln Road Mall area and the beach. We will be sure to stay here again in the future. Thanks for a fabulous time!

Of course, we were there to put on a wedding party. Without you and the support of your friends there is no way we could manage so many logistics from so far away. The house has a ton of character and is spacious. Reese is THE nicest most helpful house manager...and how convenient that he is just next door. 2 beds had dirty sheets (which we changed) and the one toilet did not work the entire time we were there. Also, because it is an older home the water pressure was lacking and we had to take some quick showers before the water would turn cold. (We were a group of 7) The house is located directly across from a High School...so at 7 am we were awoken buy cars racing by blaring loud music. We had hired a "chef" recommended by Casa Sobe- aweful. He was also the housekeeper and lives in the guest cottage.He had pumped his resume by phone, and when we arrived it became apparent that we were taken. WAY too much cayenne pepper in the entree- we could not even eat it.. and the 1/2 of our dessert was tasteless and he never served us the other dessert- which was included in the $80 pp price...Overall a very bad meal.But he was very kind and polite.

This was truly not what I expected. The service was absolutely remarkable. All the amendities were working properly and the pool was great. We had so much fun until we will never make hotel accomodation again when we come to Southbeach. For the price, its the best value...hands down. Great Job, we really enjoyed ourselves
