Moonlight Beach and Stone Steps are about a 5 minute walk from the house with the best swimming and surfing around.
Town, with shopping and fabulous restaurants for all palates is only a a ten minute stroll.
The coaster that takes you to Oceanside, Del Mar racetrack or Downtown SD is a 5 minute drive or 12 minute walk from the cottage. If going to the races the coaster takes you to the Solana Beach station where the double decker bus takes you right to the main entrance of the track.
Updated kitchen with granite counter tops. Corner lot with lots of beautiful landscaping all the way around.
The outdoor patio, barbecue pit and soft-tub make for fabulous entertaining on a summer night, or any night for that matter. Listen to your favorite music in the kitchen or out on the patio.
