This 2,700 square foot ranch home with full walkout basement sits right on the South side of Lake Estes. This home feels like it is away from everything, yet it is only one mile, or five minutes from downtown Estes Park. You can enjoy walks around the lake starting from your front door, or continue on the Riverwalk path through downtown Estes Park. You can also catch trout in the lake right in front of the house, and use the outside BBQ pit to cook them.
The floor plan provides privacy for several couples or families vacationing together. The home has two separate living areas.
