Easy access to the Loop 101 Freeway (less than a mile), Desert Ridge and everything you love about North Scottsdale and Phoenix.
Our Resort-Style, 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Condo is located in a Beautiful, Gated Community that was constructed in 2006. It is a Ground Floor Unit and the Covered Patio faces the interior of the complex and has a View of the Pool.
We have just Repainted and Refurnished the condo -- everything is Brand New as of January 2009. The kitchen includes granite countertops and a refrigerator, range, built-in micro and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped for your needs. YOU WILL FIND OUR CONDO TO BE SPOTLESS -- ALWAYS CLEAN AND SMOKE-FREE AND PET-FREE!
Each bedroom includes a new Queen-sized bed with pillow top mattress. The condo includes all necessary linens, towels, pool towels, etc.
The condo has its own Full-Size Washer and Dryer, for your convenience.
The complex includes a resort-style outdoor pool and spa area, a club-house with exercise room and computer room with free internet access.
I live locally in the area (a 35 year resident of Phoenix/Scottsdale) and I'm available to answer any questions you have. I meet you at the property to provide you with keys and to acquaint you with the condo complex.
