Experience idyllic, historic Macatawa Park and beautiful Lake Michigan's "Platinum Coast" in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath, year round soft contemporary cottage. "Cote D'Azur" cottage is just 27 years old. It features a large kitchen, a/c, heated, fireplace-- right on the private beach AND no stairs!!! Just walk a few steps to the beach. Located at the end of a gated, dead-end street with plenty of parking. For your convenience, all kitchen wares, linens, towels, beach chairs, washer, dryer provided. Two decks- one large deck overlooks Lake Michigan sunsets. Decorated in sunny yellow and blue coastal cottage decor. Tile floors for easy maintenance. Grand Rapids is 45 minutes away.
There's so much to do in Holland, Michigan! Our beautiful downtown is a shopper's paradise: everything from coffee shops to bookstores, ice cream, fun boutiques, galleries and museums. Or enjoy concerts in the park and art shows. Don't miss the Farmer's Market held on Wednesdays and Saturdays at the Civic Center. There are plenty of sidewalk cafes and casual or fine dining. Pick a different activity every day- explore dunes, parks, boating, fishing, biking & hiking paths, tennis courts & golf courses. A marina, with slips available, is a half block away from the cottage. The quaint villages of Saugatuck and Douglas, often referred to as the 'Art Coast of Michigan', are only a 10 minute drive away.
For your comfort, the master bedroom has a King-size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, the third bedroom has a daybed which can be used as 2 twins or a king bed. Cote D'Azur Cottage is conveniently located on the south side of Lake Macatawa, Holland; and just 5 minutes to downtown and Hope College.

This summer, we spent 3 wonderful weeks at your charming beach home. We saw beautiful sunsets, took long walks, lounged on the deck, and just enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area.. We will be back next summer!!!!!!!!!!!!! xxoo
