We have a Beachside, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, Condo Built in 2006. Fully equipped with Wi-Fi, Direct TV, gas BBQ, on-site HEATED pool, 24/7 security, English speaking friendly office staff, washer/dryer for rentals of one week or more, dishwasher, microwave, WIFI, iPod player,books, games, puzzles, children's books, beach chairs and shade, 2 kayak's and well-behaved pets are welcome with special permission.
Our Condo is located on two miles of undeveloped beach leading to a World Wildlife Fund protected Estuary on one end, and the quaint town of San Carlos on the other.
Our resident pod of Dolphins cruise by several times daily and are always jumping and playing with each other. Just jump in one of our 2 Kayak's and you can be right out playing with them in minutes!!
Take a morning stroll on the beach to the Estuary while watching the Pelicans dive for breakfast. The Estuary has a large number of Egrets, Cranes, Sandpipers and many other types of birds. You can either walk back into the shallow waters of the Estuary or even paddle our Kayak's and view nature at her best!!
A short drive into town will take you to the Harbor where there are World class Fishing and Dive Operators, Sunset Cruises, or a very fun Eco-tour by boat along the coast. The local Golf Course and Tennis Courts are also in town, as are lots of Restaurants Palapa bars and some Great Shopping!! English is spoken and American dollars accepted everywhere.

Getting to San Carlos is no problem. You can take an easy six hour drive South of Tucson, Arizona, or fly into the town of Guaymas which is only 10 miles away.

Our condo is #220, which is 1600 square feet, with 1300 square foot main floor with 2 bedrooms & 2 baths, living room kithcen, dining, balcony on second floor of building and beautiful master suite with private balcony and ocean views from the master bed on third floor. (Botton level condos at BD are 1300 square feet and have one ground floor patio.) WIFI, iPod player, satelitte TV, 24/7 guarded gate.

- Pet Friendly : Well behaved pets are allowed with advance permission. Leash and pick up law in effect on the property. They can run free on the beach.
- Kid Friendly : Very kid friendly. Children's videos and books, beach toys, nets, and a great beach for kids.There's room on the floor in the big bedroom for blow up mattresses and a packNplay crib is provided.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters : Over 21 please. The person renting the unit must be present.
- Smoking Not Allowed : No smoking in the unit or on the balconies. You are welcome to smoke on the sea wall.

Shelling and Beachcombing while walking on the beach, kayaking in the estuary or with the Dolphins, meeting friendly people, walking the dog or reading a book in a chair by the ocean.It's impossible not to relax!

Becky's favorite activity is kayaking with the dolphins every morning! We have enjoyed scruba diving and snorkeling in the area for the past 25+ years. Beach walking, shell collecting and just sitting on the beach with a book are also favorites.

We have stayed in San Carlos many times, several of them at Bahia Delfin. This condo was the most comfortable and lovely of the places we have stayed. Meticulously clean, fun decor, comfortable beds, fantastic views of the ocean from our 2 balconies. The condo is almost as large as our home in Tucson so we had plenty of room to spread out. We could have brought our doggies too (a huge plus in my book!) The owners of this condo were in touch with us several times with answers to our questions about activities. Each morning at dawn I did yoga on the beach as the dolphin pod swam past in the pink light of sunrise - tranquil and surreal. It is an easy walk to the estuary along the beach where the heron and pelican and gulls are all hanging out watching the tourists and the crabs are playing tag at low tide. The condo includes use of kayaks but we were scuba diving everyday and didn't have time to take advantage of that. Maybe next time! Do make use of the BBQ on the living room balcony - grill some wonderful shrimp (you can drive into Guaymas to get them or sometimes one of the shrimpers comes in with a truckload of fresh ones) and get some tasty, fresh tortillas, cheese and salsa from Tony's stand along the main drag. If you are a diver, Gary's Dive Shop always has boats going out (for fishing and snorkeling too) and they are a class act - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and their onboard lunch of fish tacos and trimmings prepared by the crew is a tasty ending to a great morning of diving or snorkeling with the playful funny sea lions. Diving in San Carlos is excellent - we have seen sea horses, puffers, sea turtles, all variations of eels, rays, scorpion fish, and more. The water was 85-90 degrees (wetsuit not even needed by most folks). It is a great place to finish your certification if you are learning. Have dinner at Blackies! It is the best restaurant in SC. We did a table side flambe of chateaubriand for my husband's birthday and lobster crepes for me. WOW - rivals any 4-5 star restaurant in terms of service, quality of food, value, and ambiance. Lapa Lapa on the beach was fun too for dinner (wear a little mosquito repellent if there is not a stiff breeze) - their Greek food was surprisingly good and their margaritas were strong and tasty. And for those of you in doubt about the safety of traveling to Mexico - we do it at least twice a year with no problems and plan to go a again in the fall. Via con Dios

Hi, After visiting San Carlos some years ago we decided to go back to spend a weekend. Thank God we found this excellent condo. Great price, very clean and well equiped. We spend a superb weekend, my little girl had a great time, she did not wanted to leave. The beach is clean and very close to the condo. Just walk 30-40 steps of beautiful green grass and your there. Excellent service and communication from the owner. Really the best deal we could get!

This condo at Dolphin Bay is wonderful. First of all the location and the standards of this development are five star. The condo itself has a very cute beach theme and is very tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need from plenty of dishes and glassware to cooking utensils and appliances. For the beach the condo is also well equipped. Beach chairs, shade tents, umbrellas, kayaks are all provided. The condo has a wonderful third floor master bedroom that has a beautiful view of the bay. There is a large second floor bedroom behind the kitchen that is perfect for parents and the little kids to share. The owner has thought of everything. You will not be disappointed. As an extra bonus the neighbors of the surrounding condos are all very friendly and more than willing to share with you their secret places to snorkel, kayak or eat out.
