There is no need to look anywhere else other than our three bedroom unit for your ultimate vacation experience. This beautifully appointed condo is on the eighth floor. We have a wrap around balcony that lets you see east to west on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Our goal is to offer you the absolute best value in direct Gulf front accommodations. Customer satisfaction means everything to us. We are known for pampering our guests and making sure that your condo is spotless. We provide all paper products, spices, sugar, tea, coffee filters, all cleaning products, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags. This saves our guests about $50.00 at the grocery store.
Gone are commissions, processing fees, and any other type of fees that the larger property management firms charge. We have customer loyalty and a can-do attitude which will stop at nothing to assure that you have the best vacation of your life.
Have I mentioned to you the views from our balcony ... which is visible from our kitchen, den and master bedroom? You can drink your coffee in the morning and watch the sunrise, or be ever so blessed to see the many different colors that God puts into the sunset from our balcony each day.
The sleeping configuration consists of one king in the master suite, one queen in one of our guest bedrooms, one queen sofa sleeper in the living room, and two twin beds in our last bedroom. We also have a bathroom in the master suite and one in our hallway by two bedrooms.
The new Gulf State fishing pier has just opened and it is open twenty four hours a day. It is the longest pier in the southeast. It even hosts a new store to buy your fishing tackle and a place to clean your fish that you have caught that day. You can buy your fishing licence at any of the three Walmart stores plus they also carry your bait for that great fishing trip. The pier provides benches to sit on while you are fshing.
Our complex also offers a meeting room with a full kitchen for families, reunions, wedding receptions, and special business get-togethers for a small fee. We see many weddings taking place each year from our balcony. Why not marry on the beach and then use our beautiful club house for that special reception?

We also offer extra household products in our kitchen, views of our gulf side pools, poolside restrooms and walk in showers in our indoor pool area, picnic areas with grills, luggage carts, all kitchen spices included, four elevators, large size washer and dryer, cable TV's, VCR player, and CD player. We also feature free Wi-Fi Internet service. We have a new flat screen television in the den.

- Balcony : Large wrap around patio. Nice outdoor furniture is provided. You will not believe our view and the incredible sounds of the ocean.
- Gazebo : We have one lighted gazebo's where you can wash your feet off as you are coming and going to the beach. Many guests use it as it provides nice shade.

- Beachfront : Our view is just fantastic of the Gulf of Mexico. The view is what you come to the beach for so don't be fooled not all condo's at Seaside have this view. We are a corner unit in building 4 right next to the beach. We are direct beach front.

- No Pets Allowed : We have in our bylaws that only owner's can bring pets and they have to be under twenty pounds. Also no animals are allowed on our beaches without being fined by the City of Orange Beach $500.00.

- Our property is the largest complex in Orange Beach. We have beautiful landscaping that also enhances our property. We are home to the famous Tanger Outlet Mall that has over 150 factory stores. Men, they even have shops for hunting and fishing. On your way to our condo, stop by the new Bass Pro Shop and The Malbis shopping complex that has Pottery Barn, William Sonoma, Belk, Bed, Bath & Beyond & many other discount stores. The Wharf has just recently opened and it has trendy shops up and down the main street with many great restaurants to rest your feet after shopping. They also offer outdoor dinning that is just great. The Wharf has a large movie complex and a giant farris wheel for the children. There is put put golf, race cars to ride, baby rides, and the famous zoo that has been featured on the National Geographic Channel. We also have a great water park called Waterville and you can barely do this in a day. You can charter a deep sea fishing boat to take home some local fish.

Great place that stays open at night for everyone. Games, put put golf, race cars, games inside & painball course.
We are about a half mile to our new Walmart. We also have a Public grocery store & Winn Dixie is also close. For shopping & dinning it is all in this area.
Open up all night long & it is very lit up at night. They even have an area where you can sit & clean your fish. All you need is a fishing license that you can get at Walmart.

Wow,this unit is phenomenal and deep-down clean. It is also fully equiped, including SHARP knives,which other units lacked. The only thing missing is a Cuisanart and a bread maker, neither of which we have in our own home! We highly recommend and have booked for six weeks next year.

The many hours I spent searching the internet for the perfect condo in Orange Beach, AL really paid off! This condo is so clean, the sheets so soft, the view unbelievable! I visited the gym at the condo often and it was never crowded. The people are all very friendly and I always felt safe. The owner is "southern hospitality" at its finest. She will go out of her way to help and make you feel like this is your home away from home. Can't say enough good things about this condo!

I just want to thank Cathy for making sure that we had everything that we needed and more. The condo was just beautiful and the view was incredible. My girls didn't want to go home. We have finally found a place that we will come back to many times. Everything was very clean and we loved our gift basket. This was a special touch that we have never recieved at other complexes. We will be back!

This is the BEST place we have stayed!! It was super clean and had recent updates. The small problem ( not any fault of the owner) that we did encounter was attended to quickly. The phone calls to get us there were extremely helpful and they want to do what ever they can to make your stay a great one and they did it!! We will stay with this owner for our twice yearly trips every year!! They were awesome!!

Our stay at this beautiful condo at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club was amazing.The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated,and the wrap around balcony provides a great view of ocean and white sand beaches all around.The owner has provided many extras such spices, paper products, dish liquid,wraps,sugar,tea, and coffee. She also sent us a very tasty gift basket after we arrived with homemade bread, fresh smoked deli ham, and several sweet treats.They made sure we were comfortable and happy. I would highly recomend this condo to anyone and will be sure to visit it again with my family. My kids keep saying " Mom, don't you wish we were still at Seaside?" My answer is most definetly Yes! Cathy and Candy thanks for taking such good care of us,you go above and beyond the average in providing a great getaway for your renters!!!!!

Our stay was wonderful! The condo is amazing with plenty of space and rooms! It was spot-less when we arrived and smelled SO clean! The wrap-around balcony was the best part, though! It was huge and the ocean was visible from no matter where you sit/stand on the balcony. The food basket included was also a great addition to our stay! I could not have asked for a better place to stay on one of the most beautiful beaches!
