  My husband and I go to Orange Beach almost every year around the holidays and have stayed in many different condos. This is an older condo that could use some updating, but you cannot beat the corner views. It was really comfortable for 4 adults and there were lots of nice touches provided by the owner, like a dust buster, tennis racquets, lots of extra bedding and pillows, and makeup remover pads so you wouldn't stain their washcloths. The kitchen really had everything we needed. No need to go buy spices or cleaning supplies...it was all there, even coffee and filters! It was really pleasant to sit in the adirondak chairs facing the shore and watch the sun go down. That became one of my favorite things to do. It is kind of a pain to have to go to another building all the way across the complex to get to the indoor pool, but once there, there are a couple of saunas and nice dressing areas, which makes up for the walk. The other 2 pools are conveniently situated near the towers. The boardwalks to the beach are the nicest I have encountered. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We all really loved it. I would like to thank the owner for her homey touches like the board games! That was the first time my MiL ever played Scrabble! She may be hooked now :-) If we had kids with us they could have walked across the street to Adventure Land, that would have been really fun. Everything you could possibly need is convenient to that location. Thank you so much.

  This condo was absolutely amazing!!! It was fully equippd with every possible kitchen item you would ever need...we have visited many condos & this "FULLY" equipped kitchen was truly amazing!!! Plenty of room for us & a great view from every angle of the balcony!! Located convieniently to everything!!! We will definetly be back!!! We wer very happy!!! Owner was readily available with any questions we had also!!!

  My family and I travel to the Gulf every year for our family vacation and I can't recommend this condo enough. It's location on Orange Beach is perfect. Head west and It's just 5 minutes to the Gulf Shores where you can find great family restaurants like The Hangout, Lulu's (Jimmy Buffett's sister's place), and Tacky Jack's. Head east and you are 10 minutes from the legenedary FloraBama Lounge. Our kids love walking across the street to Adventure Island for go-cart's and mini-golf. The Club has three pools, tennis courts and a fitness room that we enjoy. But best of all is the white sand beaches that keep us coming down every year. Don't hesitate to book this unit, you will not be disapointed.

  You couldn't have asked for more, the condo was simply wonderful. Supplies were there, condo was exceptionally clean. The cleaning crew was still there, when we arrived at 3:30, but were very friendly and helpful. The view from the king bedroom and balcony was fantastic. Cathy and Candy keep this place ready for the guest. Do not be afraid of this one. It was great.

  This condo at Seaside is everything advertised and more. The view from the wrap around balcony is unbelievable, you can see the beach and the gulf from any area on the balcony. This unit is very clean and up to date. With 3 pools on site, no worries of being crowded. We have made several trips to orange beach/ gulf shores and this is far the best unit we have ever stayed in!! Cathy, the owner, is great--she answered any questions I had and made the rental process a breeze. This will be the only condo my family will want to stay at on our future trips.

  We had a wonderful time in Gulf Shores. The condo was great and the view was everything promised and more. The tips for the restaurants and shopping were perfect and cut out allot of wasted time and money which is always appreciated. Everyone responded promptly with any needs we add. Hope to return next March. Thanks for a great and safe environment to spend a week away from home.

  One of my favorite things about the condo is being able to get up in the morning and have breakfast on the balcony over looking the ocean. We saw all kind of wildlife everyday including dolphins jumping from the water. My kids just love watching them. The condo is extremely clean, decorated just right for the beach, and includes everything you need. I have recommended this condo to several of my friends with children and they have all visited more than once because the kids love the beach, the pools, and all the things to do in the area. The property is well maintained and clean. You can cook out on the many grills, play tennis and shuffleboard, sun tan on the beach, swim in three pools including an indoor one or just relax. The area is very safe and friendly. The condo is close to attractions, stores, and great seafood restaurants. You never run out of things to do. The Gulf Shores with it's white sand beaches is such a beautiful area and the weather is perfect. The owner was very helpful and answered all my questions. You can’t go wrong with this location.

  Wow,this unit is phenomenal and deep-down clean. It is also fully equiped, including SHARP knives,which other units lacked. The only thing missing is a Cuisanart and a bread maker, neither of which we have in our own home! We highly recommend and have booked for six weeks next year.

  The many hours I spent searching the internet for the perfect condo in Orange Beach, AL really paid off! This condo is so clean, the sheets so soft, the view unbelievable! I visited the gym at the condo often and it was never crowded. The people are all very friendly and I always felt safe. The owner is "southern hospitality" at its finest. She will go out of her way to help and make you feel like this is your home away from home. Can't say enough good things about this condo!

  I just want to thank Cathy for making sure that we had everything that we needed and more. The condo was just beautiful and the view was incredible. My girls didn't want to go home. We have finally found a place that we will come back to many times. Everything was very clean and we loved our gift basket. This was a special touch that we have never recieved at other complexes. We will be back!
