We rented this property for out of town friends and family who were in Florence for our wedding. The views of Old Town Florence, the river and the distant view of the ocean were absolutely beautiful! The house is lovely, very clean, and newly renovated. There was ample room for everyone (12 guests). The main living room features floor to ceiling windows that open onto a large deck overlooking the river, and a smaller living area downstairs that features sliding glass doors that open to a grassy yard. It is just a short walk across the bridge to wonderful restaurants and shopping. The owners were very nice and easy to work with. This is a quiet location, just minutes from the beach. This house is high on a hill, so it became our 'safe zone' when the tsunami warning sounded the morning before the wedding!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

This property is perfect for those ATV riders who don't feel like sand camping, it is only 3 minutes from the South Jetty. Large home with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, great deck with gorgeous views. Plenty of room for parking and kids, also has a fire pit. Rental owners are extremely accomodating and easy to work with. Get a good map of the area the drive way can be easily missed if you don't know the area.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

We just spent a long weekend at this home and had a great time. There were three couples and had plenty of room including doing most of our meals at the house. The owners were very nice and super easy to deal with. The house is quiet and very clean with great beds. The views and worth numerous photos. We hope to be renting the house again (soon) for family gatherings.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.
