Why the Owner Chose Other Kihei Properties
There were many reasons why we chose this condominium as an investment-- It is brand new, 1100 square feet, it has ocean views and is across the street from a 6 mile stretch of flat walking beach. We love to windsurf, kiteboard, stand up paddle and surf and all that can be found a few steps from our back door! There are two spacious bedrooms, both of which have ocean views and two beautiful bathrooms with soaking tubs and showers. The kitchen/family room is large and opens out onto a lanai that looks onto the water. The master bedroom also has lanai access.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We had a choice of 6 oceanfront units and we chose this one because it affords the most privacy and it's on the second level (there are only 2 levels throughout the complex) so it has the best ocean views from Makena to Maalaea. Every single room has ocean views with privacy. Even the kitchen window looks onto a corridor of trees. There is a pool, jacuzzi and a fitness center with beautiful, spacious landscaped buffer zones. Any one enjoying walking along a gorgeous beach will love this condo because there is access to 6 miles of easy, level walking from Kihei to Maalaea!! It has solar water, AC and it is centrally located on the island in northern kihei so driving is not such an ordeal.

My husband and I were born in the Midwest in small towns, mine in the cornfields, his on the Mississippi River. My husband grew up sailing inland lake scows and spent his summers in a big cottage on Lake Michigan. There he began his lifetime love of the water and his father encouraged his sons to sail competitively. He bought one of the very first windsurfers ever made (#403) with wooden booms to hang onto while sailing! That set the pathway for our lives together. Ever since, we have found ourselves closer to paradise and have successfully created an incredible existence doing the activities we love so much as a couple. We work hard, have two healthy sons and play like crazy! What more could anyone ask for?
