  My daughter and I rented the house for her spring break. We wanted to stay away from the crowds at PCB, and happened upon this gem. The photos and description are accurate of the property. It is a great location and easy to find. It is on a side road with just a few houses to the beach and within walking distance of the tourist shops, city playground and library, etc. The house was clean and welcoming when we arrived. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pots/pans, mixing bowls, baking dishes/pans, utensils, corkscrew and such. We were able to make our meals. Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, refrigerator. It's only a few miles away from grocery store. The owner is great, and communicates very well. We had his email and phone number in case we needed to reach him. There are plenty of places to eat out if you would prefer. Try Frenchy's Cafe, which gets lots of great reviews. There are also a few chains like Dunkin Donuts and Hooter's. Living and each bedroom has a tv with DVD. There are a selection of dvds, books and games available for your pleasure. The screened porch was nice, and had a variety of beach toys and beach umbrella to use. There is a washer/dryer and gas grill just outside the kitchen door. Really enjoyed our week and really didn't want to leave. We'll be back!

  We visited Florida for our sons 3rd birthday, and were super happy with the place. It had plenty of room for all of us, and having a full kitchen is very handy when you travel with kids. It's just steps away from a beautiful part of Clearwater beach, close enough to the main strip and pier to walk - but just far enough for you to find a perfect spot on the sand to set out a picnic and build some sandcastles! The beach toys and chairs were an added bonus. We loved our stay and will definitely be coming back there again this year.

  I took my three-year-old twin daughters to the beach for their birthday and couldn't be happier about the place we stayed in. It was so comfortable, had everything we needed and it was literally steps from the beach. The owner was just a phone call away if we ever needed anything but we never did! There are lots of things to do that are very close by (shopping, restaurants, bars, marinas, etc)... many just a short walk away. This place is perfect for a family (even ones with small children, like myself) or simply for adults only. The unit itself has all of the amenities that you can think of, and then some. Just bring your clothes, some food and the rest is pretty much taken care of! My daughters and I are already looking forward to our next vacation here! Thank you, Joe - for everything.

  We just returned from our great time at Clearwater Beach. My husband and two teenage kids stayed at this lovely home. We had just come off a 7 day cruise and were looking for a place to unwind and still enjoy the beach. We were not disappointed. The house was just as described, very nice. We loved that we were able to use the beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and coolers. There was also beach toys available for younger kids to use. There was also a shower faucet outside that we could use to rinse off. This place is so close to the beach you don't have to worry about parking and paying the high daily parking fees that the lots nearby charge. If you are looking for a beautiful beach and a great place to stay nearby with all the beach toys that you are unable to pack, this is the place for you! We will be sure to return!

  Loved the place. It was clean, and had great amenities like beach toys, coolers, beach chairs, and the kitchen had many different kinds of dishes and utensils. We had our own gas grill which we used each night. We were located very close to the beach. We have been to Clearwater beach several times and this has been the best place and location. It is located in a quiet relaxing part of the beach, but close enough to walk downtown. Thanks for a great place Joe

  We took a 5 day trip to Clearwater Beach, and couldn't have been happier! From the moment we arrived, until we left we were pleased with our accommodations. I don't believe there was one thing that the owner didn't have available. Incredibly close to all that Clearwater Beach offers, with the satisfaction of being a little off the map and low key. We loved that the beach is less than a block away, and we didn't have to pack our car with beach chairs. Kitchen and dining had more than enough space. Fixing up the front and backyard would be the finishing touch on the home!

  The advertising for this rental is very true. We found the rooms clean, spacious and well decorated. It was truly 90 seconds from the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. It was also very, very close to the Jolley Trolley that could take you to other destinations. We found the screened in porch an ideal place to dine. The landlord made several contacts to make sure that we were comfortable and had the things we needed. This place is a 30 minutes easy drive from the St. Pete/Clearwater airport.

  Great accomodations and great location. Close enough to restaurants & nightlife (walking distance) but far enough away from the crowded beaches. The beach is about 1/2 block away and as nice if not better than the beaches that are by the large hotels. Everything you want is provided - beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler & waterboards to enjoy the beach and water. My husband and I spent multiple evenings sitting om the beach enjoying the sunset and listening to the surf. The owner is extremely helpful as far as suggestions and easy to work with. No question - it was definitely better than staying in a Hotel. We would stay here again if we are in the area without hesitation. Not much yard and nowhere to really sit outside of the house, but beach is so close really didn't matter. Excellent value for the money.
