  Just returned home from a wonderful month in San Clemente. We were treated to a clean, well appointed, condo. The owner, Pam, has made it very special. The kitchen is well stocked and you'll find whatever you need.The furniture is lovely and lets you feel very comfortable. The patio sports a grill and rocking chairs where you can enjoy ocean views, sun sets and sea breezes. A fun walk along the walking trail at the ocean takes you to the fishing pier and a fine restaurant with an interesting menu. We plan on more vacations at this lovely location.

  Excellent 2b/2b condo in San Clemente. This property was convenient to all the area attractions in and around San Clemente and Southern California. The owner (Pam) was extremely helpful and went out of her way to answer questions and help us out over our month-long stay! We have traveled extensively and have never dealt with an owner that was as helpful as she was. The beach trail below the condo was perfect for an early morning walk or a sunset stroll to the pier to get a cup of chowder at Fisherman's (a great restaurant on the pier). Also great day trips include exploring Dana Point harbour and the tide pools in Laguana Beach. This property was well maintained, fully stocked with everything you could need and very clean. We would not hesitate to highly reccommend this property to anyone...The Brownells

  Thanks Pam for the great condo overlooking the beach. My husband and I had a fantastic time staying at your condo - with daily walks on the beach and happy hours on the pier. The condo was fully furnished with whatever we needed and we loved the underground parking. Location couldn't have been better! It was a good starting point for the many side trips that we took!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo.It was very clean and kept up.It was well supplied with all the everyday things you need on a daily basis, even down to beach chairs and toys.The location was excellent with a beautiful view of Calafia Beach down below.It's next to a nice green park overlooking the beach where you can sit and enjoy the view also.The beach is only a 5 to 10 minute walk down to the sand.There's a nice pathway along the beach for bike riders, joggers etc. which runs over 2 miles.We also enjoyed the restaurants that were recommended to us by the owner.The owner was very helpful also.

  Hello Pam! We are just having the best time ever! We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your place! We are so impressed with all that you have available for guests! Your home is so warm and inviting, peaceful, quiet and clean! In fact, we feel so at home, that we put everything away in drawers and cabinets and now we just need to know when our first mortgage payment is due! ;-) We are really appreciative for this wonderful home away from home.   My family enjoyed this vacation home. It had convenient freeway access, underground parking and beach access. The vacation home was stocked with beautiful linens and dishes. Everything was immaculatly clean. It was a short walk to the sands of a beautiful beach. I walked to san clemente pier in the early morning. At night we used the jacuzzi and pool during the day. I would recommend this to guests of all ages. I wish I could have stayed longer.

  Our family stayed for a week in this wonderful condo. It was much larger than we expected, and was decorated beautifully. It had everything you needed, along with beach chairs and children's toys. The location and view of the ocean was superb. The only "negative" would have been the lack of privacy on the balcony. Each balcony joins with the neighboring unit. Even so, we would definitely return for another stay!

  Great Place and location. It had everything we were hoping -- on the cliffs above the water & with a view, plenty of room, very clean and quiet, and a positive and accessible landlord. Waking up to waves crashing on the beach is pretty cool.

  After looking at many of the San Clemente VRBO listings for our July vacation, we feel so blessed to have found this one! The minute we walked into the unit, we felt at home-due largely to the very thoughtful and detailed accommodations provided by the owner. She has been a delight to work with. The location has been wonderful because of close access to a very good beach as well as the quiet and solitude provided by the adjacent park and canyon. We highly recommend this unit as an excellent vacation destination.
