This fully equipped home is located on the south end of Amelia Island in the quiet community known as The Colony. Here you will enjoy a peaceful vacation with all the amenities of home. Whether you choose to spend your day at the community pool, beach, or shopping Amelia Island, this home is the one you want to come back to. It is conveniently located off A1A on Amelia Island. There is a Harris Teeter grocery store within walking distance and The Ritz Carlton is just a couple of blocks away. The nearest beach access is approximately a mile or two away. (Please take note that we supply beach chairs and beach towels.)
You won’t be sorry if you book with us! This is a top-notch unit. Here you will find a wonderful home that is tastefully decorated. Nothing was spared in the furnishing of this beautiful condo. And, because this is an end unit, you will find all the peace and quiet you need to relax.
The home offers 2 large bedrooms with all linens provided. The first bedroom is located on the main level. It houses a queen size bed, ceiling fan, a large walk in closet, TV, wood floors, and a private bathroom. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and comes equipped with towels, wash clothes, and a blow dryer. The second bedroom is located on the 2nd floor. It can easily be considered a second master suit. The room is huge. It offers a queen bed, ceiling fan, an extra large walk in closet, TV, and a private bathroom. This bathroom has a roomy stand up shower enclosure.
The living room is beautifully decorated with warm, inviting colors, a wood burning fireplace, and hardwood floors. The TV is a new flat screen LCD that would be ideal for watching your favorite sporting event or movie. I have also provided a small library of DVDs to enjoy on a rainy day. In the built in bookcase you will find a variety of books that you’re welcome to use during your stay. For additional sleeping, the couch pulls out to a double bed. The room has a small desk that is a perfect place to hook up your lap top and enjoy surfing the web. We do provide WIFI.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need to make the perfect meal. We supply all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee pot, blender, etc. (But don’t spend too much time in the kitchen…there are too many wonderful restaurants on Amelia Island).
During your stay you will have access to unlimited local and long distant calling within the USA.
Don't forget about the 2 car garage! Perfect for protecting your car from the salt air.
Located at the front of the community you'll find the pool and tennis courts. Both are yours to use while staying on property.
