Stay in a private, gated villa only 10 minutes from the antique capital of Italy, Arezzo. This 13th century property has been beautifully preserved and enjoy the tranquility of nature with views you cannot even dream about.

This stone house has been standing for hundreds of years and promises to deliver a relaxing vacation only locals have been able to enjoy, until now...Just driving up the narrow street up through woods and local olive gardens delivers you to the front gate of the property.

Upon viewing the all stone structure, you will feel the strength and security of the antique doors which enter this villa.

The multi level structure provides a unique floor plan which allows for privacy in each part of the house.

The lower level has a large, elegant living room complete with a sit-in fireplace. It also has a second sitting area with views of the property outdoor and yet another sitting area with a flat screen television and surround sound Bose system.

Two bedrooms are behind a hidden door, one with a complete bathroom and shower. Large floor to ceiling glass panels provide amazing views of the valley below. The middle or entry level provides foyer with hand painted coat wardrobe, large kitchen with indoor grill and casual dining table, and attached home office/wine room complete with authentic fresco, and powder room.

The top level of this gem has a master bedroom with authentic grand mirror at the foot of the bed and backed by an antique painting. Double doors open to more views of the valley below and attached bathroom with double sink, antique bathtub, and separate shower and toilet room.

As if the house was not enough, you will be able to enjoy walks through this large, multi level garden complete with olive trees, a private swimming pool with spectacular views, and a separate structure which has a changing room, outdoor shower, outdoor bathroom, and a private room with twin beds and it's own private bath and shower.

  • Truly spectacular! Our first visit to Europe and we were fortunate to find this villa. The most romantic, relaxing and uplifting experience we have ever had. Amazing antiques and art throughout the villa. The views are breathtaking. The grounds are beautiful. The patio, pool, changing room and outdoor shower are fantastic. This villa will remain one of our fondest memories for many years to come. We highly recommend the patio for early morning coffee to hear the sounds of the Tuscan valley and a glass of wine at night as you are settling in. We will return to this magnificent paradise.

  • Life long memories await you! This was the very first house I was fortunate enough to visit 25 years ago and have never forgotten about it. My dearest friend invited me to his house and never imagined it would some day belong to our family... It is a long story but am happy to tell anyone who might be interested in staying here. The sprwaling, multi teared terrain, typical of Tuscany, will give you endless strolls to investigate each inch of this beautiful property.The house is considered a historical monument and owner's are not allowed to even chop down a tree withoug special permission. Each room is decorated with charming antiques and has a alter front marble table from the 1600's which is the centerpiece of the house where you can have memorable discussions and dinners with family and friends. Catering is available upon request, at additional cost, and can arrange a private tour guide to take you to surrounding cities and as far as Rome. I would suggest using the villa as your center point, make trips every couple of days to visit Arezzo, Cortona, and other smaller citeis, then use the train to take you to Florence, Rome, Bologna, and possibly Vence to avoid the hassles of driving, parking in the larger cities, which is really a pain, then return to the villa each evening. Please call to discuss any aspect of styaing in this gem of a villa, which will certainly create on of the mos memorable vacations you will ever experience!
