This three bedroom/ three bath oceanfront unit is located on the 10th floor of the Boutique North Tower of the Breakers Resort. It sleeps up to 12 people with four double beds, one king bed and one queen sofa sleeper.
The Master suite with the King bed has its own private balcony as well as a private bath. The first guest bedroom has two double beds, a private balcony and a guest bath located just across the hallway. The other guest room also has two double beds, private oceanfront balcony, private bath and has located in the room an efficient kitchen with a small refrigerator, microwave and sink. The queen sofa sleeper is located in the den area with an oceanfront balcony.
There are four TV's located in the unit, one in each bedroom and one in the den.

Very disappointed!!! The dryer sounded like it was going to blow up, called the company to fix it, they said they would send someone never did. The tv in one room didnt work, it was dirty, the mirrors were filthy. We will not stay here again!!

This condo was a little disappointing. We did contact the company on several complaints and about half were resolved. Upon our arrival, we were not given the proper amount of bedding and one bed had been missing a mattress cover. A lady did deliver the proper covers , bedding. The unit itself was very dusty/ dirty. The paint falling off the ceilings and there are many dirt marks everywhere on the walls. A simple scrub-- down would cure this problem. Light bulbs were missing from many outlets , as i tried to screw a new one in the ceiling---- fire shot out !! Go to find out, the bulb that had been there prior was broke off inside !! What a hazard. So much more=-=-=- mold on the shower curtains, the dryer has a horrible noice 24/7 as if it is ready to blow up, chair broken in the kitchen area, a inch of dust behind the bed and i could go on and on !! Unfortunately,...................... we will never stay again !! Ocean Reef will be #1 in my heart !

I stayed in the unit May 27-June 3 2010. I stayed with my husband and our 2 kids 4&1 and my parents also. This was a great unit and great price and the location couldnt be any better. This hotel was nice in the fact that there wasnt certain days you had 2 check in or check which works great when u have 2 familys stayin that is hard 2 find a hotel that can work around the time you can stay not you workin around the hotels like most others you will find. Thank You. I sure if you stay here you will be coming back every year.

Me and my girl friend and kids ages 12 12 15 and 17 staid last year april 2010 for spring break and we had a good time had now problems checking in place was nice belcony off every room over looking the ocean and beach pool was nice and heated hot tub was nice to relax in everything was realy nice were going again this year same time and place. cant wait to go.

My husband, myself our 3 boys (3,8,and 13) and my aunt, cousin and his 6 yr old daughter stayed here in March 2010 for Spring Break. We loved the room and the resort.We didn't have any problems checking in /out or with our rooms the entire stay. The pool was heated and enjoyable as was the area around the pool. A short walk (17 blocks) down thew beach to the main resort to enjoy the amenities there. We are already planning a return trip for June of next year and hope to get the same room. It is perfect for multiple families vacationing together!
