This property is in the heart of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The House overlooks the Truckee River as well as having a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains . To name a few of my favorite things to do, mountain biking, mountain climbing and fishing in the Truckee River.
This place truly is a winter wonderland. Skiing, there are many downhill ski areas close by, Truckee has the most groomed cross country trails in the country. The Reno air port is less than 30 min away. Make this one of your favorite places to come and relax.
