This is a large, family style home with a serene decor and setting. In the village of Waikoloa, 6 miles up "mauka" or mountainwards from the beaches and 24 miles below the upcountry town of Waimea. The location is central to activities around the Island yet away from the busyness of tourist towns or resorts. There are many lovely beaches within a 10-15 minute drive. Many resort hotels are also within this distance for shopping, dining and resort activities.
The view from the kitchen and dining room is of the sea and the view from the living room and master bedroom is of Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa and Hualalai.
This home is furnished with families in mind. The kitchen is stocked with service for 12. There is an upstairs living room with TV/DVD and a downstairs game room with a library, puzzles and games.
The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The 2 other upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed and they share a full bath. Downstairs there is a "kids" room furnished with 2 twin beds and another bedroom with a double bed. There is a full bath and laundry room downstairs too.
