The condo is located on the 8th hole of the gated Palmer Private course at PGA West. The unit has panoramic west facing views of the Santa Rosa mountains. During the early morning, the mountains turn golden with the rising sun and and are dramatically lit at night.
In addition to the wonderful mountain views, the Palmer was the host course to the 2009 Bob Hope Classic and is ideally located for watching the tournament.
The unit is tastefully decorated and each bedroom has its own bath assuring privacy for our guest(s). Mountain and golf course views can be enjoyed from the master bedroom, living area, and patio. Pools and spas are generously placed in the complex.
While the Palmer course is private there are a multitude of public courses nearby. The Stadium course, Greg Norman course, and Silver Rock resort are 5 minutes from the condo. Within a short drive are the Indian Wells Tennis Center and the venues for the Coachella and Stage Coach music festivals.
Old Towne La Quinta and the La Quinta Resort and Hotel both provide great restaurants and shopping. El Paso shopping district in Palm Desert is only a 20 minute drive.
