The condo is located 30 yards from the 8th hole of the gated Palmer Private course at PGA West. The unit has panoramic west facing views of the Santa Rosa mountains. During the early morning, the mountains turn golden with the rising sun and and are dramatically lit at night.
In addition to the wonderful mountain views, the Palmer is the host course to the Humana Classic and is ideally located for watching the tournament. Sit on the patio and watch the pro's and stars walk past.
The condo is tastefully decorated and each bedroom has its own bath assuring privacy for our guest(s). Mountain and golf course views can be enjoyed from the master bedroom, living area, and patio. Pools and spas are generously placed in the complex. The living room has a 40" lcd tv with Blue Ray and all bedrooms have tv's. The unit is equipped with wifi. Unlimited phone use is included with calls to Canada included.
While the Palmer course is private there are a multitude of public courses nearby. The Stadium course, Greg Norman course, and Silver Rock resort are 5 minutes from the condo. Within a short drive are the Indian Wells Tennis Center and the venues for the Coachella and Stage Coach music festivals.
Old Towne La Quinta and the La Quinta Resort and Hotel both provide great restaurants and shopping. El Paso shopping district in Palm Desert is only a 20 minute drive.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The location of the condo is great. While convenient, it is far enough from the rush to enjoy the laid back lifestyle of the desert. The mountain views from the unit are incredible. It is right on the course...that is the good news! The bad news is it is private and can't be played. The good news is the Stadium course, Silverrock Ranch, the Norman are right down the street. Great restaurants such as Arnold Palmer's and Ernie's are short drives from the unit. Since the unit has separate bedroom/bathrooms you can bring your friends but get away from them at the same time! This allows for you to travel with the same group more often!
This is in the top 100 courses in the U.S. Ernie's restaurant and a small market are in the clubhouse.
This course is on the Bob Hope Classic tournament rotation. A great course with holes lining the mountains. Nice little cafe in clubhouse.

Becky and I purchased our desert home in 2004. While living in many different places throughout the country, we have been making our home in Laguna Beach since 1994. We know...tough life! Since we are avid golfers we love coming to the desert to take advantage of all the great courses. Over the last 6 years we are astounded by the growth of the area. There are great restaurants and shopping nearby. We are near the tennis center and polo fields where the music festivals are held. Even though the area has grown it has maintained the laid back desert lifestyle that we love and know you will also.
