With three bedrooms in the main house and spacious one-bedroom master suite across the breezeway, this 2,400 square foot vacation rental residence includes modern amenities, comforts, and elegant appointments.
Drive up to the home surrounded by desert landscape of rocks, cactus, palms and agaves to an oasis of leisure. The entrance courtyard is enclosed by corrugated steel fencing for a modern look featuring a fountain and bamboo surroundings. Enter the home to find an open floor-plan in the great room featuring classic post and beams and glass sliders for abundant natural lighting laid out on porcelain tile floors. The eclectic array of furnishings and accents from vintage to Asian create a warm, colorful and inviting experience. Black Venetian mirrors over the fireplace add to the regency stylish décor along with a lacquered Chinese wedding chest turned into a cocktail bar. The adjacent island- kitchen offers plenty of counter space with Carrera marble top and backsplash using Sub Zero and Thermador appliances for culinary creativity. The dining area seats eight guests with a glamorous 1970’s vintage Murano crystal-chandelier overhead.
Indoor living is complimented with a sexy outdoor living space access from the great room to the pool area or from the kitchen. The former breezeway is now an outdoor dining experience with a professional-style BBQ and sink area. An outdoor dining table for eight with overhead pop-art chandelier by Ingo Maurer called “Campari Lights” is perfect for dining al fresco.
Enter the casita, the larger master suite over a Koi pond with waterfall fountain. The master suite quarters with modern clerestory windows includes a custom leather-tufted king bed that gives the feeling of floating over genuine flokati rug on stained concrete flooring and direct access to the pool. The walls are covered in chic wallpaper by English designer, Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen. Adjacent to the sleeping area is the en-suite private / almost open-air bathroom, which includes a rain shower and Victoria +Albert Napoli “organic egg” free-standing tub. The sleeping quarters in the main house continue the regency style with further luxurious appointments. An additional master bedroom does include an en-suite bathroom with European fixtures and private patio. The two additional bedrooms each include patio access.
The backyard with lush landscaped surrounding of palm trees features bronze sculptures of moose and a perfect size pool perfect for lazy-relaxing afternoons or evening retreats. This affordable vacation home is perfect for any get-away with friends and/or family.
