NOW RENTING FOR 2010 SEASON This house is located in the Holgate section of Long Beach Island and is the second house from the beach on the west side of LBI Blvd.
It is a great house for family gatherings and has a large open E.P. Henry block patio with teak tables and teak chairs for seating 12. Each table ha a large 10 foot umbrella. There are 3 full bath rooms and an outside hot and cold shower. You can enjoy all the best of Long Beach Island beach activity from this house. There is a guarded beach as well as a fishing and surfing beach.
This house has a open living plan with a large dining room, full kitchen and living room. The first floor has a large covered deck for relaxing. The second floor has a large fiberglass deck for sunning and relaxing. There is also a roof top deck with great views with plenty of room for a relaxing get together.
The house is 1 mile from down town Beach Haven with children's activities including a water park, rides and arcade. Beach Haven also has a wide variety of restaurants, shopping and other activities.
