Located 2 miles from Cherokee and 4 miles from Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Blue Ridge Parkway, Cherokee Indian Reservation, and 10 miles to Historic Downtown Dillsboro. 8 miles to Bryson City where you can take a ride on the Great Smokies Railway Train.The newly built cabin was hand crafted by my family along with my brother who is a local master carpenter. It is beautifully done and is very cozy.
The living room has comfortable furniture and ceiling fans. The view looks out onto beautiful rolling pastures where you can see our horses roaming about and grazing. Distant mountains frame the beautiful view. The full front porch is great for enjoying the cool mountain breeze and relaxing in the hand-crafted rocking chairs. Truly a lovely place to watch the sun rise over the mists in the mountains.
Each bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed covered in country quilts, alarm clocks for early risers, and checked curtains. An antique dresser adds to the charm of the room.
The kitchen is fully equipped right down to salt and pepper. The microwave, toaster, and coffee maker are all ready for you to use.
We pride ourselves on keeping our place in the best of shape for each new guest. As a result, our guests are never disappointed. Please email ( prefered ) or call for dates open..we do not do the on-line calendar.
