- Sanibel Island - Beautiful Gulf of Mexico Beach is across the street. Wonderful shelling, sunning and sunsets! Duggers Tropical Village has lovely grounds, and private deeded beach access to the Gulf of Mexico is directly across West Gulf Drive. We have a little laundry house with a coin-operated washer/dryer for the cottages to use; and a picnic table and shuffleboard court.
