I,my wife, and another couple just spent a week, 4/8/10-4/15/10, at this great home. While you can have all the seclusion you desire there are friendly neighbors nearby. The home was great. Clean, spacious, well stocked and modern appliances in the kitchen. We had a problem with the BBQ grill, contacted Chris, and he delivered another the next day. What service. From the back deck, the view is terrific. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home to friends and family.

Had a great family vacation the week before Easter with my 3 kids, brother, hubby and inlaws. There was plenty of space in this freshly updated home for family gatherings. Enjoyed relaxing on the deck with the beautiful river view and hearing the little rapids. The kids had a blast hopping on the stepping stones to the front door and playing the video games in the basement. The area is also lovely and the scenery is stunning. Neighbors were also super friendly. Would recommend!!

We stayed here last summer for a week and loved it! The house is close to hiking on Star Mountain or Benton Falls, rafting and fishing the Hiawassee, and just across the bridge from the Amish Community in Delano. Beautifully finished home and great location to visit in Tennessee.

This house is clean and well-kept with a lot of attention paid to details. From the beautiful azaleas in the spring to the wonderful colors in the fall, this house has it all.

We love staying at the river house! It's so convenient for canoeing and kayaking the Hiwassee. The back deck is great for eating outside and enjoying the end of another beautiful day. It's a home away from home!

A group of 10 rented this house for New Years Eve and New Years Day. We had a fun and very relaxing time. The scenery is great, and the amenities in the home are first class. This location is great for all seasons, we can't wait to go back this spring and summer!

My wife and I stayed at the river house recently and were very impressed. It was one of the cleanest rentals I have ever seen. Beautiful views of the river and surrounding woods. Very peaceful. I will definitely be back. Thanks for the wonderful lodging.

I had a great stay at this River House. The owner has done a great job of restoring this into a brand new house. New floors, walls etc. Location is great. Kitchen is loaded. Very relaxing. I will be staying there every time I come to the area!
