Along with payment terms, Conditions & Cancellations; 50% payment due to hold your booking within 7 days of reservation. Balance and security/damage deposit, due 60 days prior to arrival; except holidays at 90 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
Cancellations: All bookings except holidays, 50% penalty once deposit is received. 100% full penalty within final payment deadline.
We strongly suggest in purchasing travel insurance to protect you in the unlikely event of cancellation for a covered event. In the event our office rents the property again for the exact dates and price of your trip, you will receive full refund, less Owner cancellation fee (if applicable) and $500 office handling/cancel fee.
