THE DETAILS: When you open the door and step into the beautifully furnished great room your eyes are drawn to the amazing view of ocean and sky. As you walk toward the beckoning blue Pacific, you notice a fireplace and well-equipped kitchen. Step onto the large deck and take a seat in a lounge chair – just let it sink in that you’re on vacation, minutes away from the beach.
Explore the friendly community of Manhattan Beach on foot or bicycle, where you’ll find interesting shops, plenty of restaurants and…oh yes, that’s right, beach and ocean! Once you are on the beach you can run or walk on the Strand with the locals, bike on the paved beach path, play beach volleyball, surf, sunbathe and take a swim. This beach location is removed from the higher populated public beaches, so you have plenty of room for whatever activity you choose. After a busy day, slip into the large private hot tub and let your worries evaporate as you gaze at the night sky. Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, you walk into the professionally decorated master bedroom, climb into a California King bed with high-end linens, and sleep like a baby. Next morning, rinse and repeat.
OCCUPANCY OPTIONS: This is a 2 bedroom home, sleeps 4 in the bedrooms and also has a very sleepable sofa in the great room for one more person. Maximum occupancy in this 2 bedroom home is six. There is an adjacent one-bedroom apartment also listed on VRBO. Rent both units and sleep six to ten.
