Two bedrooms have king size beds and the 3rd bedroom has a 2 daybeds and a sleeping sofa. Each bedroom comes with it's own bathroom finished with beatiful natural stone tiles.Every bedroom has a TV/DVD/cable and wireless internet.

This home offers fully equipped kitchen, dining, living and family room. Total space of 2000 square feet. The house also has a utility room with a washer and dryer.

  • I would highly recommend this villa. The location was perfect, approximately 100m from the beach in a lovely neighbourhood within easy walking distance of the main shops, restaurants and bars. The villa was tastefully decorated, spacious and very well equipped. The outside/pool area was beautiful. Excellent sized pool, well kept gardens and a lovely patio area.

  • This home recieves our highest recommendations. The photos do not do the house justice. It is a lovely home, perfectly laid out and beautifully furnished. The location could not be better. Period. So close to the beach, close to town, beautiful neighborhood, perfect for running/walking. I think the patio/pool area was my favorite. The gardens are well kept. Loved the town of Naples. The owners of this house are gracious and very easy to work with.

  • If you are looking for a vacation home that is beautiful, functional and in a great location this is the place. My husband and I wanted a location where we could walk to the beach and the shops and restaurants of 5th Avenue and 3rd Street and this location is perfect. We have been renting vacation homes for over ten years and and never know what to expect until we walk in for the first time (photos can be deceiving). This vacation rental was a delight from the moment we walked in. It is beautifully upgraded, furnished and clean. The sheets, towels, comforters, dishes, etc are all of good quality. My husband loved the privacy of the pool and I loved the large, covered patio. It is only a two-minute walk to the beach (6 houses away).
