The tropical theme radiates throughout this immaculate coach home. This is one of the largest end units available in Cypress Woods. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and separate access to the screened in lanai. The second bedroom has two twin beds and two closets. The den has a queen size leather sleeper sofa and a closet. Both bedrooms and the den have TVs and DVD players.
The dining room seats 6 and the eat in kitchen seats 4 with an additional 3 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is a gourmet cook's dream and is fully furnished for your quick snack or for that perfect dinner. There is a TV, DVD player and CD stereo in the living room, and a separate utility room with a full size washer and dryer for keeping those beach towels clean after relaxing on the beach.
The screened in lanai is the perfect place to relax in a lounge chair and take a nap or enjoy the golfers going by. There is also a 2 car attached garage and a grill.
Membership to the 18 hole Gordon Lewis golf course can be acquired for a $150 transfer fee and is optional. Further amenities include a 13000 SF clubhouse with formal dining and a casual bar/lounge, a card room and the pro shop. Day lockers are available for your guests at no charge.
The clubhouse is within walking distance and there you can partake in a game of tennis, the fitness center, or just relax by the pool.
Cypress Woods is located close to a new Super Target, grocery stores, banks, plenty of restaurants, lots of shopping, I-75 and Immokalee Rd.
