Our two bedroom, one bath condo at Baycroft represents the perfect pied-a-terre in paradise. Whether it's work or play that brings you to the Bahamas, we welcome the opportunity to be your treasured home away from home in Nassau. This unique rental combines Old World Bahamas charm with modern conveniences for a truly special experience. MINIMUM STAY IS ONE WEEK. Monthly rental availability upon request. NOTE: Baycroft is a quiet community and children under 18 years of age are not permitted to stay overnight in the complex as per Association rules.

Baycroft Ocean View Condominiums is surrounded by multimillion-dollar mansions on Nassau's prestigious East End. Directly across the street from oceanfront villas owned by royalty and the country's pre-eminent families, Baycroft is renowned for its convenience, quiet intimacy and safety.

A gorgeous, local beach is only a short 90-second walk away. Perhaps you've seen Montagu Beach featured in movies such as "Into the Blue" starring Paul Walker (The Fast and the Furious) and Jessica Alba (Fantastic Four).

Baycroft Ocean View Condominiums sits across the street from shimmering aquamarine Montagu Bay. Just a few steps down the road is a beautiful, sandy beach renown for its family-friendly atmosphere and calm waters. Hungry? Visit Carnetta's Kitchen, a bright yellow food cart parked amongst the waterfront coconut trees. For $8, you can dine on freshly caught snapper, cracked conch or oxtail soup with your toes in the sand and a panoramic view of the Ocean Club on Paradise Island, where James Bond rolled up in his Aston Martin in "Casino Royale."

Ever dreamt of flying through a shark tank in a clear tube waterslide or swimming with dolphins? Rising out of the ocean, Atlantis is only a three-minute drive away. Enjoy the vibrant nightlife, helicopter island tours, luxury spa treatments, a world-class golf course, water rides and the casino.

Divers will love the apartment's convenient location to the best underwater sites as well as the leading tour operators (such as Bahamas Divers). In addition, the condo is just down the road from the ferry terminal where you can easily take day trips to visit neighboring islands.

Downtown Nassau offers world class duty-free shopping with luxury brands such as Chanel, Rolex and Fendi. If you desire local goods, visit the Straw Market where you can haggle with local craftsman to buy everything from guava jelly to colorful straw hats.

RENT OUR CAR & SAVE MONEY!
Guests have the option of renting our 1996 Honda Accord sedan. Imported directly from Japan with exceptionally low miles, this well-kept vehicle comes with cold AC and an automatic transmission. Unlike the rental companies, there are no hassles with vehicle pick-up and drop-off as the car will be parked just outside your condo door!

Rental fees are half of what you'd pay at Hertz! And our superior rental rates INCLUDE insurance! Please be sure to inquire about vehicle ability when you contact the property management company.

Space to move around, fresh light colors, abundant greenery outside all windows, parking at the front door, remarkably near all downtown stores and Paradise Island bridges, yet the location is high-end residential. Easy to enjoy the town and restaurants; quiet and away from traffic when "home." A super place to relax.

  • What a wonderful place! And such great value :) With the condo located on Nassau's exclusive East End, it's surrounded by lush mansions that simply took my breadth away. Yet, the condo is so centrally located that it's incredibly easy to access the beach, downtown shopping and Paradise Island. The owner clearly took care in creating a space that captures the essence of the Bahamas, but also features updated amenities such as high speed Internet and a tankless water heater (love how it's so eco-friendly!). I'll most certainly be back and am already telling my friends about this magical place. Thank you ever so much!

  • A wonderful, special place that added so much to my vacation. I will most definitely return! I loved being right by the beach and also having a pool on-site. The condo is surrounded by beautiful, large homes and lots of greenery, so the view from every window is lovely. It was perfect to be in a very upscale and quiet neighborhood, yet have all that Nassau offers so close by. All this in a very clean, well-maintained and charming condo is a super combination.

  • A home away from home. If you are an adventurous traveler and wish to remove yourself from the hassles of tourist traps and inconsiderate guests then you will find this condo the perfect match. Situated several minutes by cab or a nice walk from downtown you are never too far removed from the center of the shops and restaurants. However in this location you will blend in with the locals and experience the finer things Nassau has to offer, the people, the food, and the culture. The condo is a perfect size for a couple or even just a solo getaway. The water is a very short walk across the street and there is also a private pool for the condo units. The office makes it a great place to handle those inevitable crisis's while on vacation. The kitchen, living room, and bedroom are all up to date, clean, and spacious. If you don't mind not having turn down service or your room being cleaned every morning this place is for you. Just minutes from everything with the peace and tranquility of seclusion! Life does not get much better than this.

  • This beautiful condo was less than a minute walk from the ocean. Walking a couple more minutes up the sidewalk along the shore led to some great local food that tasted amazing, especially since we sat on the beach while eating it. Also management was very friendly, suggesting restaurants, bars, and other points of interests. I miss it already!
