Daily cleaning service available for $80/day.
Pre-stocked kitchen, office, and/or bathroom available upon request for added fee.
Minimum stay is one week. No children under 17 years old are permitted overnight.

Baycroft is located on Nassau's prestigious East End. Due to a momentary zoning loophole nearly sixty years ago, Baycroft was built amongst some of the country's most lavish estates. It is, and will forever be, the only apartment community to co-exist among the waterfront and waterview villas that surround it.
As the oldest condominium in the country, Baycroft has a well-deserved reputation for stability, cleanliness, safety and pride of ownership. The neighbours are friendly and courteous. And the grounds are well-maintained by Rolland who is in perpetually great spirits.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
While the East End is conveniently located from the island's exotic hum, downtown Nassau and Paradise Island are only minutes away by car. Shop at some of the finest retail establishments in the world on Bay Street. And enjoy world-class casinos and entertainment at Atlantis.
A 7-minute walk away from your front door lies Montagu Beach with its calm waters and views over to Paradise Island. You should look for Carnetta's food cart which is hard to miss with its bright yellow paint. A former pastry chef, Carnetta serves up wonderful homemade Bahamian dishes for about the cost of a fast food hamburger! You can then enjoy your meal on a picnic table overlooking the ocean.

Baycroft felt like our home away from home. We really enjoyed staying at your condo David and as seniors it was a pleasant, unique experience and very relaxing. You can catch the jitney (bus) at the end of the driveway, a very short ride to downtown Nassau where you can shop, dine or just take in the sights. I have to admit I did not expect the condo to look better than the pictures posted. That's a main concern for booking condos online. I was amazed at how clean the place was. You did a great job with decor and furnishing it because everything was tasteful but still low maintenance and was very easy to clean. I liked the fact that the entrance was private and everyone in the complex kept to themselves. The location of the condo is perfect near everything and you can catch a bus in town from across the street. Communication and instructions from the owner prior to the trip was a pleasure. Your condo made my trip so relaxing and I will definitely recommend and will come back and stay again. Thanks

This condo was absolutely amazing.(exactly as represented in the photos) The bed was top quality and very comfortable. Heather ,contact person there, was most helpful . The technology for my husband to do business even though on vacation was excellent. Carlita's on the beach up the way was a nice walk and delicious food. We would rent a car next time as we found the cabs expensive. Highly recommended Thanks David Scott & Sue from Canada

We stayed at Baycroft for 2 month and we had a gorgeous time. Everything in the condo was as described and working well. You felt just like home. The owner was allways concerned about our wellbeeing and if there were a question, he answered it right away (email..). The apartment was very clean and well-maintained.

Thank you for such a lovely experience! The condo is bright and airy, centrally located to the beaches and restaurants, and features a full-kitchen and work station. My husband has chronic knee problems so we really liked how the apartment is conveniently on the first floor of the building. Again, we appreciate all of your help and will certainly recommend this unit to all of our friends. Look forward to staying with you again next year!

The Baycroft apartment is well appointed and very well laid out. The bedroom has a comfortable bed, and is well equipped to accommodate travelers. The apartment has good ventilation and light. The iron bars on the windows provide excellent security. The kitchen is reasonably equipped – it has a gas stove and a large “American style” refrigerator. The office was perfect – wireless internet, a keyboard, and a monitor! Great beach access and reasonably close to the shops and restaurants. The property management company was courteous and met me at the apartment upon my arrival. On the down side, the next door neighbor had a pack of dogs that howled every night. Even with earplugs, the noise was quite noticeable. Also on the down side, my security deposit was held for four months, there were no issues with the condition in which I left the apartment. The property management company was very good about returning my emails, and was appropriately apologetic and polite on each occasion.

Marvelous condo! Space to move around, fresh light colors, abundant greenery outside all windows, parking at the front door, remarkably near all downtown stores and Paradise Island bridges, yet the location is high-end residential. Easy to enjoy the town and restaurants; quiet and away from traffic when "home." A super place to relax.

What a wonderful place! And such great value :) With the condo located on Nassau's exclusive East End, it's surrounded by lush mansions that simply took my breadth away. Yet, the condo is so centrally located that it's incredibly easy to access the beach, downtown shopping and Paradise Island. The owner clearly took care in creating a space that captures the essence of the Bahamas, but also features updated amenities such as high speed Internet and a tankless water heater (love how it's so eco-friendly!). I'll most certainly be back and am already telling my friends about this magical place. Thank you ever so much!

A wonderful, special place that added so much to my vacation. I will most definitely return! I loved being right by the beach and also having a pool on-site. The condo is surrounded by beautiful, large homes and lots of greenery, so the view from every window is lovely. It was perfect to be in a very upscale and quiet neighborhood, yet have all that Nassau offers so close by. All this in a very clean, well-maintained and charming condo is a super combination.
