Located directly across the street from Heavenly's high speed quad lift Stagecoach, no need to drive to the lift, just walk out the front door! Also on the shuttle route, just hop on the bus and take a trip downtown to the casinos, restaurants and South Shore's amazing nightlife! Shuttles run free from 7 to 6, then paid shuttles are available the rest of the evening.
Outdoor pool and hot tub available for guest use all summer long. Close to hiking, biking, trails, great area to view fireworks over the 4th without having to go into town and deal with traffic.
Ski in / Ski out at Heavenly's Stagecoach Lift. Perks, class, special touches, and 20 steps to the slope! 5 Bed, 3 Bath, 2000 s.f. and sleeps 16-18 in bedrooms with private decks with view of slopes and lift. Just a mere 250 steps to the Stagecoach day-lodge where you will find lift tickets, rentals, food/bar, bus to casinos and to the Boulder Lift.
Wi-Fi throughout, big screen HD TVs, satellite cable television, DVDs, VCR, PC input. Condo comes with 1 car garage, 2 parking spots directly in front with additional parking at Stagecoach Lodge. Condo also has gas fireplaces on both floors.
Indoor carpeted steps to and between unit's entrances. There is a full size laundry area complete with brand new washer & dryer. Guests will enjoy the privileges of Tahoe Village HOA complete with a neighborhood pool (summers only) and outdoor hot tub which is open year round.
The unit is only 5 miles to restaurants, shopping, casinos, and Safeway or Raley's grocery stores. The house phone comes with an answering machine - outgoing calls local only (bring calling card)
The unit is VERY nicely and newly furnished, new pillow-top Sealy mattresses, flannel sheets, serious art. There are 2 full kitchens - one on each floor both complete with dishware, pots & pans, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.
Dining areas and living room areas, fireplace, big screen TV, DVD. Bedroom #1 Queen and TV;, Bedroom #2 has 2 sets of bunk-beds - twin over full, TV, DVD player. These bedrooms share a full bath outside in the hall. The bedroom also has a stereo (CD, radio, tape, IPod via aux input).
Unit also has its own full kitchen (dishware, pots and pans, stove, oven microwave, dishwasher, etc), large dining area, common area, fireplace, TV. Bedroom #3 has a Queen; Bedroom #4 has 2 sets of bunk-beds (twin over full), TV, DVD) and full bath outside.
4th floor of this unit has in Bedroom #5 a king and full bath (private).

Summer 2010 .. $350/night (2 night min) .. $2800/week
10% tax added to rent and cleaning fee per Douglas County; $500 security
deposit required. Rent, tax and cleaning fee due 45 days prior to arrival
$275 cleaning fee added to all rentals. Christmas & New Years - 5 night
minimum - fees due 75 days in advance. Rates and deposits are higher during the
high season and holidays. Absolute no refunds after 60 days on holidays, 45
days for non-holidays rentals; 3% fee added to all credit card transactions
