The open floor plans allows for everyone to be close and still have room to stretch out. The fully equipped kitchen has custom built cherry cabinets, huge island, granite counter tops, Viking gas range, large 42" refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, dishwasher plus coffee maker, blender, mixer, and toaster.

The house is less then a mile to the Atlantic Ocean beaches off 120th Street. There is a community outdoor pool and tennis courts (tennis fee is $100 for 1 week usage plus $25 key deposit that is refundable).
Bus to run up and down Ocean Highway on a regular Basis. Take a ride to the Boardwalk. Grocery store, Drug store and restaurants are also located at 120th and Ocean Highway.
