The house, a classic, cape code style home with cedar shake siding, partial wrap around porch and lots of windows, is situated on one full acre in the Grand Pere Point neighborhood in Anne's Land, North Rustico, right on the bay with direct access to the water.
The side of the house facing the bay has three sets of French doors that open up from the great room onto a glassed in porch with a view of the bay, National PEI Park and the open Atlantic ocean beyond. There is a spacious lawn that leads down to the shore, with ample room for outdoor activities.
The kitchen has granite counter tops with GE Profile appliances. The working wood fireplace is made of natural, red PEI stone in the living room that features a vaulted ceiling with windows at the top, so it is full of light. T
he master bedroom suite opens up onto a second floor deck and has its own large bathroom with two sinks, shower and Jacuzzi. The night skies are incredibly clear, full of stars and sometimes you can see the northern lights.
