UPSCALE PARADISE will be found in Unit 701C at SeaChase – Our home away from home is NEW to the rental market in 2009. It is professionally decorated providing luxurious, yet comfortable accommodations, designed to encourage immediate relaxation. Panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico greet you from the moment you open the front door all the way through to the wraparound balcony of this East corner condo. Imagine the beautiful sunrises, the clear aqua blue water and the sugar sand beaches….

Situated in a gated resort which offers 24 hour Security Services, the tropical, lushly landscaped grounds provide a stunning environment for resort amenities. Play in the surf, relax on the beach or take a plunge into one of the 5 dazzling outdoor pools. Our favorite pool boasts an infinity edge with zero entry – perfect for children and adults alike. Children will also delight in their own pool with a mushroom waterfall as well as the splash pad with its maze of water jets. This premier aquatic complex also offers three outdoor spas and a super-sized indoor heated pool with another giant hot tub spa.

The Fitness Center overlooks the Gulf of Mexico featuring state-of-the-art cardiovascular and weight training equipment, plus a relaxing sauna.

The 1700 square feet of spacious, open design begins in the Living Room with a huge wrap-around sofa and wall mounted flat paneled HD television. The floor to ceiling windows offer stunning views.

The large Balcony is perfect for outside dining or relaxing with family and friends after a day at the beach. It can be accessed from the Living Room or the Master Suite. The Gourmet Kitchen has contemporary stainless appliances, granite countertops, trendy pendent lighting and a custom travertine back splash. This vacation condo is complete with a separate Wet Bar and ice machine for afternoon and evening refreshments. It also includes an "honor" wine bar. Take a bottle – Leave a bottle!

The large Master Suite features superb water views, Simmons Beautyrest king mattress and a wall mounted flat paneled HD television. There is also a comfortable desk, plantation shutters and black out window treatments for the mornings you may want to sleep in. The Master Bath has an oversized jetted tub, a separate walk-in shower, double sinks and a professionally customized walk-in closet.

The Second Bedroom features another Simmons Beautyrest king bed, a flat panel television, remote controlled ceiling fan and plantation shutters.

The Third Bedroom has twin beds, ceiling fan and plantation shutters. Kid friendly decorating includes a flat panel television.

The laundry area has a full size washer and dryer.

Larry and Judy have done an excellent job decorating and thinking of every little detail to make your stay so comfotable you don't want to leave. The beach was wonderful and the pools were great.   • This was our family's first visit to Orange Beach, Alabama and it was one of the best vacations we have ever had. The beach is beautiful, there are great restaurants and many activities close by. But we must give alot of the credit for our wonderful vacation to Judy and Larry and their beautiful condo and hospitality. The condo is amazing. Its not like the typical vacation condo. Its beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of home (even more, the beds are sooo comfortable.) This is the first condo we have stayed at that our family can't think of one thing to improve on.

  • We just got back from Orange Beach last night and wanted to leave a comment. We LOVED Larry and Judy's condo! It's immaculate, beautifully decorated, welcoming and SOOOO comfortable. The SeaChase complex was also outstanding - the kids loved the different pools and the beach was gorgeous, soft white sand. We had an incredible time and will undoubtedly be back again.

  • We had the pleasure of staying in 701C this July from the 11th-18th. What a beautiful condominium! There were six of us total, including two children, and we had plenty of room. The view is fantastic, and the property amenities are wonderful. This was our first stay in Orange Beach. We definitely hope to visit again, and stay at 701C.

  • Our stay in this condo could not have been better. The accomodations were gorgeous and very clean. Larry and Judy were extremely hospitable--even offering suggestions for restaurants in the area. Orange Beach is a family favorite destination for us and this condo outdid any other we've stayed in. We would strongly recommend it to any family.

  • This is a great condo. The view was fantastic and the inside of the condo was top of the line! The complex was fantastic. We had three small children in our group and they really enjoyed the beach and kiddie pool with the water shower and fountain. When I go back to Orange Beach I will definitely be staying here.

  • We come to Orange Beach every year for our family vacation. This condo is by far the best we have ever stayed in. It is beautifully decorated with plenty of space to lounge and relax. The view is gorgeous. The pools are wonderful. We definitely plan on returning to 701c next summer!
