Situated in a gated resort which offers 24 hour Security Services, the tropical, lushly landscaped grounds provide a stunning environment for resort amenities. Play in the surf, relax on the beach or take a plunge into one of the 5 dazzling outdoor pools. Our favorite pool boasts an infinity edge with zero entry – perfect for children and adults alike. Children will also delight in their own pool with a mushroom waterfall as well as the splash pad with its maze of water jets. This premier aquatic complex also offers three outdoor spas and a super-sized indoor heated pool with another giant hot tub spa.
The Fitness Center overlooks the Gulf of Mexico featuring state-of-the-art cardiovascular and weight training equipment, plus a relaxing sauna.
The 1700 square feet of spacious, open design begins in the Living Room with a huge wrap-around sofa and wall mounted flat paneled HD television. The floor to ceiling windows offer stunning views.
The large Balcony is perfect for outside dining or relaxing with family and friends after a day at the beach. It can be accessed from the Living Room or the Master Suite. The Gourmet Kitchen has contemporary stainless appliances, granite countertops, trendy pendent lighting and a custom travertine back splash. This vacation condo is complete with a separate Wet Bar and ice machine for afternoon and evening refreshments. It also includes an "honor" wine bar. Take a bottle – Leave a bottle!
The large Master Suite features superb water views, Simmons Beautyrest king mattress and a wall mounted flat paneled HD television. There is also a comfortable desk, plantation shutters and black out window treatments for the mornings you may want to sleep in. The Master Bath has an oversized jetted tub, a separate walk-in shower, double sinks and a professionally customized walk-in closet.
The Second Bedroom features another Simmons Beautyrest king bed, a flat panel television, remote controlled ceiling fan and plantation shutters.
The Third Bedroom has twin beds, ceiling fan and plantation shutters. Kid friendly decorating includes a flat panel television.
The laundry area has a full size washer and dryer.

Why the Owner Chose SeaChase
We purchased our unit at SeaChase because it is a premium resort in a prime location. It is situated on the most beautiful beaches within walking distance of daily shopping needs and in the heart of some the areas finest resturants. The resort itself has a mulitude of pools, hot tubs and children's aquatic facilities second to none in Orange Beach. It is truly a resort experience that caters to the needs and desires of both young and old.

In 2009 we permanently moved to Orange Beach to enjoy all that we love about the area. I enjoy the variety of fishing and championship golf courses while Judy loves long walks on the beach, waterfront dining and inland boating with beautiful sunsets. We have two grown children and four grandchildren and they all love to come to the beach to visit. We renovated our condo as our personal home base while living and working in Europe. When we relocated to Orange Beach, we knew we could provide a personlized experience for our guests. We have had a multitude of happy renters as evidenced by the comments on our website. This unit is everything and more that you read on VRBO. The owners were great to work with and answered all questions promptly. The fact that the owners furnish beach towels and beach toys was one of the reasons we decided to rent this unit. Staying here for a week was comfortable for all 5 of us and gave us room to move around with tripping over each other. Our young (2 1/2) grandson loved all the pools, fountains, the indoor pool (on a rainy day) and the beach. Location is great since you can walk across the street to the grocery and several other businesses. There are many great resturants in the area. We would recommend a trip to Pensacola to the Navy Museum. We have already recommended Sea Chase and this unit to several friends and family.

The condo was just as I expected. The photos were spot on! It was beautiful and comfortable. There were three adults, two teenagers and an infant that stayed and we had more than enough room. Larry and Judy made us feel very welcome! There was music playing when we arrived. I highly recommend renting this unit, you will most certainly enjoy staying in this unit. We love staying at Sea Chase and it is the only place we stay when coming to Orange Beach :-)

This was probably the BEST vacation we've ever had to the beach. We have 2 small children and this condo was just PERFECT! Larry and Judy have made sure that you have everything you need to feel at home. I just cannot say enough about how beautifully decorated it is and the bonus closet full of beach goodies is just the icing on the cake. Sea Chase itself is a wonderful resort and perfect for small children with the kiddie pool and the zero entry pool. The workout area is beautiful as well and it actually makes you want to work out since you can see the beach from the treadmill. Really, I we cannot say enough good things about this condo. Will definately stay here again when we take our next beach vacation!

My family and I just returned from our vacation at Orange Beach and we had a wonderful time at Sea Chase. Larry and Judy's condo was our home away from home!! I am very selective about where I stay and this condo did not disappoint!! Beautifully decorated and very spacious with wonderful extras you will appreciate!! My granddaughter LOVED the splash pad and the pools and enjoyed the beach toys that are available. Very convenient to grocery stores and resturants as well as attractions for family fun! Larry and Judy were very easy to work with and made the experience a pleasant one! We look forward to returning next year!!!

If you've been looking at other condos in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores, stop looking and book this one. Seriously. It is much bigger than it appears in the photos and the decor is even better in person. It is right on the beach and the pools are great. I spent about eight hours over several days scouring websites in search of the perfect condo for our family vacation. If you are reading this, you can probably relate. It is much better than many others I found in Seachase. It has all of the things that you'll love...granite, high-end appliances, tons of space and the perfect view from many windows. We have three kids (16 and twin 12-year olds). They give it a thumbs up too. Oh... did I mention that one day we saw two dolphins just playing in the water not too far from the beach. That was one of the coolest things I've ever seen. I see now why Seachase is one of the top-rated condos in the area on tripadvisor.com. It is well taken care of and it looks like the pools are either pretty new or have been updated recently. After you book your stay, you'll find Larry and Judy to be great to work with. They supplied beach towels, all sorts of gear for the beach and much more. This review probably sounds like something out of a travel brochure. I promise that they are not paying me to say nice things. In fact, I rarely write reviews, but we felt compelled to spread the word. You won't be disappointed.

We loved staying in Judy and Larry's condo. Everything about it was perfect!!! They have made sure all your needs are met. The pictures on the website don't do it justice. It is way more beautiful!!! We also had the pleasure of meeting Judy while we were there. They are extremely nice people (definately the type of people to trust your vacation too!!!)

Wonderful condo! Very spacious and clean. Also, very well decorated. Had all the amenities that we were looking for. Close to local restaurants and attractions. We had a lovely stay in this very beautiful condo in late August. The weather did not cooperate (it rained the whole time), but having this nice condo made it still very worthwhile! The decor is so tasteful, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the complex' amenities were top-notch. We'll definitely try to come back!
